The staff didn’t speak the best English but we were able to communicate through translating apps perfectly fine.
I would happily stay there again

Bad experience

The reception staff are rude and unprofessional, and just speak Turkish language. La,and they suddenly demand extra money without any prior notice.
Hotel prices are constantly changing online, with huge discrepancies between each customer; it's a scam.

Bullshit

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and the room service didn't even come 1 time, the towels didn't change.The Newbie brought sheets when the rebellion said that the day we wanted to do the cleaning was not done, and there are spots and cracks on it.I add photos.The shirt, the curtain, dirty to the door. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable.
You pay £400 per person for breakfast, and they put ready-packed things in the so-called buffet.
We're checking in at 2 p.m. and then we've paid an additional fee per person again.
Every day, the front desk staff are different, the air conditioning commands are assembled, the linen are getting cooler.
They must have a deal with a hospital, all of the good reviews are similar and for reasons 5 Rating. No place to enter through your door

Amazing hospitality

The housekeeping and cleanliness in the rooms were fantastic, especially the reception staff were incredible, and the hotel has an indoor pool, which is great for hotels in the other area

DO NOT VISIT

My experience at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The cleanliness is atrocious. The toilets, floors, and kitchen are filthy. We left our keys 3-4 times requesting cleaning, but even after so-called cleaning, the situation remained the same.
Our room lacked the most basic necessities; there was no kettle, cup, glass, plate, etc. Communication and information were non-existent.
Various parts of the rooms are worn out and damaged due to dampness and moisture, and they look terrible. Do not be deceived by the photos you see online. They constantly provide misleading information. We requested a cup but were told they couldn't provide one.
The so-called double bed was just two single beds pushed together, making it very uncomfortable, and we couldn't sleep properly. The refrigerator’s internal freezer was broken and they didn’t fix it so everything you leave in their goes ice. No hot water on the first day. Toilet door was broken and wouldn’t shut properly so you hear it slamming all night from the wind.
We booked two rooms for 6 people for 14 days, but problems started from the very first day. Check-in was delayed by 1.5 hours because they gave our room to someone else (even though we arrived 2 hours before check-in time).
We requested an early check-out on the first day, but they said they couldn't issue a refund. They were not helpful at all. I will never choose this hotel again.
