Quite and cosy
Very quite and warm place to stay. No any noises from the street.
The stuff is very helpful and nice. Rooms are clean and fresh, equipped with everything you may need.
You can also order a tasty traditional breakfast there also. Best recommendations!

Lovely Place to Stay
I stay a week here as my base for exploring Kiev,
the place was extremely clean ,the room was well furnished,
I particularly liked the fresh coffee maker in my room.
If I had any questions I would ask Yurii as his English was very good ,and he was very helpful ,in suggesting places to visit or where to eat.
I will certainly stay there again,when I go back next year.

Quality 5 star acomadation great rates
I stayed here for 3 nights owner is great staff are great limited English. Yuri has best English asked to speak on phone to him if any problems when checking in if late on.
Most beautiful apartments it's out of the city but easy to get there by bus once you know how. Bus from airport 22 links it with a bus stop near a wog petrol station & MacDonald's from here its walkable to apartments main thing to remember don't use phone in Kiev it's crazy money per KB I bought a vodaphone sim 50 min 50 text all international and 2GB for 50UAH on a red tariff they will put it in for you in the official vodaphone shop that way you have data to know where you are on maps
The area the apartments are is quiet so if you have the provisions above to know where you are these apartments are ideal there also gated very secure and out the thick of it in a quiet area set back off road stayd in many places and for the money this is one of the best I've stayd in well done yuri and your staff
Ps taxis from airport are around 50UAH but will be charged much more possibly as I was busses are 3UAH and Metro 4UAH 9p and 13p respectively some busses 5UAH 15p never pay more as I ain't also good idea to get bus to metro to get to city once your familiar with the set up. Busses and metro best way to learn and see the city I avoided taxis myself

Highly recommended place to stay in Kiev
Had two nights here earlier this week. Spotlessly clean - it's been open three years but it appeared more like three days. Very comfortable bed; superb multi-jet shower in the shared bathroom; very nice balcony to sit outside. Car was garaged off road. Nice touches like bottled water and coffee-making facilities in the room. Ate at a great restaurant (possibly translates as 'Tractor') just a five minute walk away, recommended by the ABC. Very friendly lady who runs the place and Yurii, the owner, also saw us and was also most friendly. Very handy for the no.2 airport, Zhuliany, which is the one that Wizz use.

Fantastic Apartments...
My partner & I stayed here in early December 2012 for 6 nights. We initially had correspondence from Yurii (owner) after booking online.
Positives:
- Yurii provided free transport from the airport which was great. However I believe this is only when you spend a certain amount of nights in the apartment
- The apartment was clean, & had everything that we needed. Facilities seemed relatively new. We had access to a washing machine & shared the bathroom with the other room on our level however we had the luxury of having it to ourselves until the last night we were there. We stayed in the standard room which was sufficient for us & was affordable
- Breakfast, dinner etc could be organised with Yurii. The food was excellent & quite cheap. Make sure you try the cheese pancakes for breakfast, they are amazing. About $6 (AU) per person for breakfast & $7 (AU) per person for dinner.
- Quiet area of the city
- Shops, restaurants are about 700mtres away from the apartment. We ate at the Japanese Restaurant a few times as it was close by. Local bus runs by however we did not use it, I believe it costs around 3 hryvnya & is only around the corner from the apartment. There are also markets & a gym not too far away either.
- Able to arrange transport back to the airport for 150 hryvnya with Yurii
- Appears to be a safe area
- Yurii & caretakers are helpful & friendly
- Free wifi
Negatives:
- Location. The apartment is approximately 4-5 km from the main city centre. It can be difficult to get taxi's to & from the apartment unless you are a local or can speak Ukrainian. As westerners & having difficulty speaking the language we had problems negotiating the price & were often offered exorbitant amounts of money for the trip (should be around 50 hryvnya) which we declined. We often gave up after a few taxis & walked the way back home. It took approximately 40-50 minutes to get home from the city.
All in all, was a good stay. I feel being on the outer area of the city was a positive as we got to experience more & wasn't too touristy so to speak nor overpriced.
