Amazing Hotel and Resort place for tourists

Feel like a celebrity thanks to the wonderful service in Maristella Marine Residence! Maristella Marine Residence is located in Odesa on the Black Sea, in the most fashionable district of the city, 7 km from the city center, 6 km from the Airport of Odesa. Terrible holidays and sour moods

The hotel sucks! Start with breakfast: d for a $250/night you with a bun feed eggs, buckwheat, the cheapest ham with ATB and cheesecakes. There's no fish in question... Not only that, but she and the money can't even be ordered. The staff is not trying to solve the guest's issue at all. In the 2 days of arrival, the room has never been cleaned.... Iz said jams in the room... brought Aldente s*ca dough with rotten cherries and it was all floating in buttered water.... Total sucks
Getting out on the beam is very dangerous!!! There are pieces of coating on metal bars with straps in between... so if you have a favorite or a child, it's very unsafe!
In general, the guest is ruined in junk together with their bum-thinking staff and management.

Very nice facility, nice location and wonderful staff.

Our recent stay at Maristella was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nicely appointed and the facilities were clean and modern. The view was spectacular!
A few things not making the grade were: the lift was not functioning - very disappointing as my wife and I have serious knee problems. The A/C was not functioning correctly - it worked but did not cool the room. I think the refrigerator was installed incorrectly - maybe the door was not working properly. Some of this may have been due to the ongoing renovations.
For American guests maybe a warning....we had a difficult time with our bank cards. We brought 5 different ones but none worked so we had to go into town to get a lot of cash to pay our bill. The staff was very generous and nice and patient with us though!
We would definitely come back if the lift is in proper working condition.

warning

it is a person who rents rooms in a building and the place does not deserve to be called a hotel at all. I ask Boking to check it and remove it from its list
There is no reception, and when you ask the security officer in the building, he asks you to wait until someone who does not speak English arrives and deals with you through the translation program to hand you the key and asks you to communicate with him through Telegram
There is no room service, and if I had to have any meal, they asked me to contact the food delivery programs
Once you open the balcony window, the room will be filled with insects
As soon as the employee suspected I was smoking in the room, she sent me a letter threatening to turn to the police.

\7 reception, security, concierge service and all personal speaks English. You rented a room in an apartments in the same building with our hotel.

Very Nice

A nice experience, very modern hotel. The room is large and luxurious, very comfortable bed. The hotel shows a touch of class with very helpful staff. Breakfast was nice again wonderful staff. The view over the Black Sea is amazing. I will return
