Clean and comfortable with great communication from staff and management

Excellent stay at the coastal plaza. Super clean and comfy and Katie was brilliant with communications upon and during arrival. Directly opposite the tram stop so perfect for getting to all the attractions. Parking is via a QR code and additional to the room booking so maybe this could have been included and not an extra cost on arrival but I guess you can’t have it all. Overall excellent clean accommodation

Lovely family getaway

First timers visiting these apartments.
2 adults 2 children stayed in suite 16.
Lovely apartment, close to pleasure beach, south pier and sandcastle water park.
Staff were lovely and welcoming on arrival and during our stay.
Only downside was stairs were very steep going up and down to the apartment inside, not enough pillows (were VERY soft so needed more - this effected our sleeping) and being on top floor it was VERY warm especially as we had nice weather, even with this windows open it was too warm - maybe a fan or two is needed throughout.

Modern beautiful apartments

We stayed in apartment 18 I was super impressed, I’ve stayed in Blackpool a lot and this has to be the best one I’ve stayed in, it’s certainly a hidden gem, it’s close to the pleasure beach only a 10 min walk to the entrance. The place is spotless and modern, the beds are the best beds I’ve slept in they are extremely comfy I literally hit the pillow and I was asleep and I have problems sleeping I wanted to take the bed home with me lol, there was no problems with noise in fact it felt like we was the only ones there, the view we had was incredible of the beach so we could watch the sunset, the staff where wonderful and so welcoming they made sure we could check in early cause we arrived early and was kind enough to let us leave our luggage while we enjoyed the rest of our day upon check out, honey you will not regret booking here. Thankyou for my stay ❤️

Great stay

We are returning customers and rebooked as this venue is reasonable and clean :)
Booked a two bed apartment for a group of 4. Rooms are really clean, beds are mega comfy. Has all you need for a basic stay. Car parking available. Directly across the road from a tram stop. Couldn’t fault.

Great stay!

Staying here for one night as an extension on to our holiday. Found on Booking.com and absolutely delighted.
Apartment is very clean, modern, good value for money and great location.
Tram stop opposite that takes anywhere you want to go. Car Parking is £10 per day which seemed reasonable.
We were offered an early check in time of 10am free of charge which was extremely welcomed given we were moving from another apartment.
