Clean and well placed for tourist attractions but walls between rooms very thin
We’ve just returned from a 2 night stay with our children. Family room for 2 adults and 2 children which was very clean. Thank you for the replacement bed sheets for my daughter.
Unfortunately due to the walls being so thin between our family room and the couple next door we heard everything they said and did to each other!!! Luckily our children fell asleep but we had to endure it for hours and couldn’t sleep through it. Obviously not the fault of the hosts but I wouldn’t like another family to have the same experience.

Excellent find what a gem!
Excellent.
Came accross this wee gem by accident after walking out of the filthy and unsafe 'oyo dora hotel' at the other end of the street.
The owner was warm and welcoming and after explaining me walking out previous hotel as it felt u safe and was filthy,she simply replied 'not in my house' and asked us to have a seat while she went and checked our room over to ensure if was perfect for us. And she did not disappoint.the room was fresh,clean and comfortable you even have toiletries supplied which for the cost of the stay was a welcomed extra.
The bed was clean and comfortable, my son and I did not sleep well due to noisy guests stayin above us and a car alarm going of several times over night however this was no fault of the hotel and I will defo be returning in future blackpool visits.
Only negative I could say was the tvs are tiny however i would not let this put me off as who watches tv when on holiday.

Little gem of a place
Lovely little gem of a place. Hosts Kath and Rick are back running the marlow lodge and they are absolutely perfect hosts . We stayed in a family room that had a bunk bed with a double at the bottom and single at the top. There was also a double bed for the adults. There was tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom . Clean white bedding and a small but perfectly formed en suite bathroom .The cellar bar was amazing which had a pool table and tv. Couldn’t have asked for more . Nothing was too much trouble . Located on a side street close to the pleasure beach and sandcastle water park . We will definitely be back. Great value for money .

Marlow lodge highly recommended
Three of us stayed here and were greeted by Elaine the owner who was lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for her. The room was basic but everything you needed and lovely and clean with comfortable beds. A 5 minute walk to South pier and the pleasure beach. The only downside was they didn't do breakfasts but there are plenty of cafes within a five minute walk. I highly recommended this hotel.

Filthy dirty place
The room was filthy with stains on carpet.dirty sheets and pillows, paint was filthy next to the bed,top of wardrobe was covered in muck and window lock was broken so let draft in
Bathroom was big but shower didn’t work properly and covered in mouldit said on website it had bar and entertainment but had nothing
