Perfect hotel, perfect hosts.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at The Rowan Hotel in Blackpool.
The hosts, Maddie and John, are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
The hotel itself is incredibly clean spotless throughout and clearly very well looked after (even the skirting boards are clean).
Breakfast was excellent, (full English) with plenty of choice of cereal,a full belly is a great start to the day.
The location is perfect if you prefer to be away from the busy town centre. It's quiet and relaxing, while still being convenient, with a tram stop only around 100 metres away, making it easy to get wherever you need to go.
One tip for anyone booking: book directly through the hotel rather than Booking.com. You'll get the best service and can often secure the best rates.
Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

A lovely stay!!

We stayed August bank holiday weekend. The location is about a 25 minute walk from the hotel to the tower, depending on how fast you walk but there is a tram stop very nearby you can hop on :)
When we first got there John moved his car so that we could park outside the hotel.
The hotel was homely, it was very calm and John and Maddie were so attentive to everything, they asked the kids (5&10) how they were and if they had had a good day, they had time to listen everyday when we got back from our adventures :) The most lovely couple who we ever met when staying Blackpool :)
The room was lovely, comfy beds and the kids loved the bunk bed :) there was plenty of room as well.
The breakfast was fantastic, you can choose what you would like to eat and John made the best American pancakes for the kids!!
Definitely good value for money and we will DEFINITELY be back, we had the best weekend and John and Maddie just made it that even better

Great place to stay

I recently stayed here what can i say John and Maddie are really great hosts and such lovely people. They made my stay really comfortable and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. Its a great little place to stay just down from north pier and the tram stop is at the top of the road. Its enough away from the madness of the strip. Breakfast was great really good choice and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back again its great value for money. There is also a well stocked bar are where maddie and john keep you entertained. Thank you so much guys Lynda

5 star ⭐ experience

5star service in this lovely hotel they couldn’t do anymore for u “Maddie and John” aka Wayne linekar a very handsome man and his beautiful wife inside and out couldn’t have treated us any better… from the minute we checked in helped us with our bags set up a wee pool table for our kids … at night had a karaoke and we had the best time… breakfast in the morning was 1st class beautiful honestly nothing was too much we will definately be back so glad we found this place if your going to Blackpool this is ur place ….also rooms are absolutely spotless bed sheets everything pristine

Great stay

Just came back today had a great weekend best place to stay. Anytime I go to Blackpool Rowan is my choice hosts are superb .great breakfast .it was the first time I took my grandson ,he said he would go back to the Rowan .
