Great customer service by front staff

Night staff Nicole and Tanya totaly went the extra mile , very much appreciated .
Refurbished room was lovely .

Amanda in Guest relations was a star

This is not a review of our stay but of the exceptional customer service provided by the Guest relations team and particularly Amanda.
We had booked a non-refundable rate for 2 rooms, but unfortunately due to a medical emergency we had to cancel. Amanda was very understanding and took no time in ensuring that the booking was cancelled and I was not charged.

Conveniently located with great breakfast

Great breakfast. Wonderful evening snacks at executive lounge. Room and bed are large and comfortable. The location is close to the colleges. Only the housekeeping needs a little more attention.

Great located city centre hotel

Great location with everything on your doorstep and free valet parking (although £35 from arrival to 12pm the next day).
Check-in was disappointingly slow for our 3 rooms, but the rooms large and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Herbie was great, bringing us a mini fridge and a lovely guy.
Breakfast had a great choice of hot and cold food, pastries, pancakes, fruit salad, etc and couldn't fault it.
A nice stay for a special occasion in the centre of the city

Great hotel

Excellent all-around hotel, ideally situated in downtown Cambridge. The staff was extremely competent and nice and furthermore concerned about my welfare. Good breakfasts, good workout facilities.
