Exceptional Dover Ferry Terminal Premier Inn Staff.

The most helpful and friendliest staff from reception to the restaurant.
Tash who was standing in for the day but work whose site was the Folkstone Premier Inn.
She had a genuine concern for our minor problems and offered practical help.
Shania who also worked at reception was very helpful to us also.
I managed to hire a car to get us home to Cheshire. We had lots of cases to prepare and were allowed to keep the cases in the room right up to the 1200hrs checkout time.
We won’t forget the kindness shown to us at Dover Ferry Terminal Premier Inn.

Unhappy

Hotel is no longer a desirable place to stay. Lifts left out of order with no explanation to guests. Hotel generally very tired looking. Parking charges for the duration of your stay.

Disappointing stay: No Air Con and Constant noise

The worst Premier Inn I have stayed in, I would not recommend this Premier Inn to anybody. We arrived after a 7 hour drive and just wanted to sleep, we got to our room to be greeted with heat as it was hot outside, but there`s no air conditioning in any of the rooms, there was a small fan which circulated warm air which was no good, especially for a family of 3 sharing. We hardly got any sleep due to the heat of the room and we had an early ferry to catch the following morning which was not ideal, especially as we had another good few hours to drive in France. At 10.30pm, we were woken to what seemed like a toddler running up and down the room above us and seemed to be dropping things, then to be woken to the same at 5.30am. I understand toddlers are toddlers, that`s not the issue, but I think the hotel should have families with young children on the ground floor

Kind Attendant

Although we weren't staying at the hotel, my family and I were in a bit of a jam and the people there were really helpful and kind.

Very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced

The room was comfy and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean but slightly warmer than we would have liked. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was very good. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. All very reasonably priced too!
