Located just outside city centre - about 40 minute walk, but there is a retail park 10 mins walk away with a big tesco etc. staff were very accommodating, laundry was very helpful.
Beds were fine, could do with a bin in the room and also handsoap. Otherwise, was a good stay

The rooms were perfectly clean with a good comfortable bed and hot shower. Generally too warm environment throughout the facility. Good communal area with kitchen and lounge.

Bedsheets, towels and quality excellent. The room could do with being cleaned more thoroughly, however, it is passable for the price. The staff are all very friendly and it’s extremely good value for Inverness. The only thing to be wary of is the rooms do get very hot at night. These buildings should have been fitted with AC.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Stayed 3 nights and because of slamming doors we got a total of 15 hours sleep!
Kept awake until 4am each night by other guests leaving the slow closing doors to slam shut.
Room was dirty and medical paraphernalia left in cupboard from previous guest.
Ground floor window does not lock so room was not secure.
No hand soap.
The group of guests staying in the other 5 rooms on our landing congregated in the communal kitchen at 11pm and would stay up drinking till 4am. However they would go back and forth to their rooms to use their toilets, meaning the various room doors were opening and slamming shut constantly.
Asked staff to do something about night time noise. They initially said there was nothing they could do other than print posters asking guests to keep the noise down! They then grudgingly promised to get night time security to talk with other guests, this made no difference. Eventually, after contacting their management, they moved us to a different part of the building. Still no sleep till after 3am however as guests continued to leave the doors to slam shut.

No bin provided in the room. Window didn’t close on the ground floor. When we told staff about the window, they weren’t very concerned about it. Room was extremely warm, and the bathroom was always mysteriously extremely hot. Shower did not drain well. The staff was also unsurprised when they were told. Strange door system where you have to use the key card to both lock and unlock the door, causing confusion. Locks to get into the building often slow to respond. The campus is very far away from the rest of the town and not always very accessible by bus.
