Absolutely EXCELLENT

If I could have rated 6, I would. We spent 2 nights at The Crossings, in one of the ground floor Deluxe rooms. Well what can I say, the whole place is decorated with modern and clean vibes, it felt so warming and welcoming all the way through. Self check in is so easy, the room is amazing, spacious and so nice. Comfy bed and bedding, one of those cozy beds you just don’t want to get out of ! We could go out a door from our room where the river runs past. I love listening to the flowing water, so it was perfect! I bet it is absolutely amazing in the summer. We had breakfast, which was great, set you up for the day. Sam was there to serve us and a friendly chat, he will answer all your questions about the surrounding area. He has made The Crossings an amazing place to stay. I have nothing but excellent things to say about our stay at The Crossings Kingussie. See you again soon Sam.

Absolute Gem of a hotel!

This is a self check in hotel, email with very simple instructions made our check in very straightforward. Straight away we knew we had arrived at a lovely establishment, reception room with plenty of useful information of local business and days out on display , lovely scent from a candle ( made locally) welcoming us . Our room was immaculate! Very comfortable double bed ( although I wish it had been a king size) . Toiletries again made locally were supplied no expense spared here as they were expensive to buy. New fluffy towels and crisp clean sheets , tv with plenty of channels , nice selection of teas and a coffee machine for our morning cuppa! To top room of homemade chocolate cookies were left out for us.
Cooked Breakfast was delicious! The selection of pastries, yoghurt, berries, cereals ,fresh juices were continually being topped up … never have I seen attentiveness like it in any hotel … lovely little touches everywhere.. home made ginger shots were amazing certainly woke me up .Service was friendly staff couldn’t do enough.
We will certainly be back especially now my daughter has moved to Kingussie ☺️

Instructions for check-in was very clear. Small dedicated parking lot; just enough for us to fit in. Excellent breakfast options! Avocado toast with eggs and local meats, YUM! Lots of options and tasty. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Excellent experience

We stayed overnight as part of a family event in the Hotel. The Hotel is modern, right and clean. The room was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The bed was very comfortable as well.
The hotel arranged a family meal in their function suite and did us proud. The meal was very nice, the function room was ideal and the staff were brilliant.
Thanks very much for a great evening. Well recommended
