Fantastic hotel, rooms are exactly as pictured don’t hesitate to book it.
Eleven Didsbury Park is fantastic, a peaceful Haven on the outskirts of a busy city. We have stayed in 7 different rooms across this hotel and its sister hotel Didsbury House Hotel while my husband has had extensive treatment at nearby hospitals. It is a haven to relax in, the rooms are all superb and the staff are always helpful and excel in customer service. They have a wonderful breakfast menu freshly cooked to order. The lunch, evening meal menu are varied and bar prices are reasonably priced, this is excellent if you are too tired to venture out in to Didsbury. We will not hesitate to book again soon.

Lovely homely property with beautiful spacious and clean rooms and delicious breakfast. It’s great to have free parking onsite too.

Excellent hotel
Excellent, small hotel in Didsbury - we have stayed here many times.
Lovely decor throughout and the rooms are very comfortable, clean and peaceful. Great showers and fluffy towels. Good breakfast choice and well presented. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Electric fan in room was quiet and extremely necessary!!! Beautiful, calm garden is a joy to relax in. The suite on the top floor is exceptional. Looking forward to our next stay!

Disappointing
Beautiful hotel in a quiet, attractive location. Lovely room and luxury bathroom.
Check in was not as personal as expected for a boutique hotel. Someone else came to check in as I was signing forms and rather than ask them to wait a few minutes, the receptionist tried to check us both in at once.
There is no air conditioning but the fan was welcome in the room.
Considered a drink at the hotel but couldn’t find anyone, so passed on that.
Fire alarm went off at 4.30am. Chaotic with no clear instructions or procedure. Not all occupants decided to evacuate - just a few of us standing in the car park. Fortunately it was a false alarm. After settling back down to try and sleep the alarm went off several more times with significant enough gaps that sleep was disrupted again and again.
Apologies were given but no compensation. A complimentary breakfast or voucher toward another stay would have been a nice touch considering the price paid for the room.

Our night porter immediately investigated to establish whether there was a genuine fire risk. Guests’ responsibilities during a fire evacuation are clearly printed on the back of every door.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed at. The staff were super friendly and the rooms had everything you could think of provided. We definitely stay here again
