Looked after like family

Staying here once a month and I am looked after so well - especially by Catherine and the Front of House team. Rooms are clean and functional with everything you’d expect and, a total bonus of air con in mine with outside temperatures of 35 degrees!

Very comfortable Stay

Another great 2 week stay at the Mercure Hotel Norwich, I looked forward to my cool comfortable room every evening in the extreme hot weather. The air conditioning was fabulous. The Staff & cleaners work so hard to make sure all guests needs are attended to.
I would like to mention a few of the staff who made my stay comfortable, Erin, Cat & Kayleigh on reception, Megan & Nicky on the bar, Jack & Chloe for room service & Julie & Jelvin in the restaurant for Breakfast. Great warm friendly team at the Mercure. See you all next time.

great stay

had a good stay at the hotel great service from craig on the desk friendly staff good food and choices to choose from on evening meals and good breakfast facility’s great hotel around would stay again and recommend the hotel in the area good experience

Disappointed Mercure/Accord

Very disappointed with Mercure. Have used them before and have always been lovely. This one however is tired, dated and in need of a refurb. The carpets were grubby and room was a little shabby. On the plus side the staff were friendly and bedding was clean. Location was ok -Atmosphere was lacking somewhat. I would say this is a hotel that would be best suited for business stopover. Paid £185 for Sat & Sun overnight stay breakfast incl. Wont book to stay here again though.

Another Great Stay at Mercure Norwich

I've stayed at the Mercure Norwich a few times now and it's always been a great experience. The air-conditioned rooms were an absolute lifesaver in the recent hot weather, making for a really comfortable night's sleep. Even though I arrived late, check-in was quick, friendly and efficient.
The breakfast is one of the highlights, with a fantastic selection of hot and cold options and plenty to choose from. Overall, it's a reliable hotel with comfortable rooms, great service and an excellent breakfast. I'd happily stay here again.
