Great hotel in Old Quarter
Great Hotel at old quarter of Hanoi. I have stayed here a few times and every time it was a great experience. The staff showed hospitality and took pride in their work, with special mention to Miss Tracy whom has helped me with the check in several times. The hotel also present me with a welcome note and cake when I subsequently returned for the next stay. It was a pleasant surprise! When I booked with the hotel’s website, I realised there is free transportation from airport too! The rooms are all very clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is delicious and is never exactly the same for my different stays. The dinner is great too, with nice ambience and I have seen people celebrating birthday in the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant are dedicated and I have encountered two of them who really served the guests with great pride, they are Mr Bao Nguyen and another one was actually a trainee. Recommend the dish-Three-Region Special Patties with Vermicelli at the restaurant . The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, bar and nice lobby. Spa services are available too. You may take the Sapa Express bus which will pick you up beside the hotel if one intend to travel to Sapa. It is less than 10 mins walk to Theatre to watch water puppet show and to the Lake. When I travel to Ha Long Bay in the past, the hotel also allowed me to leave the luggage for a night. Recommend the hotel to all travellers be it solo, friends or family.

Old quarter sanctuary.
This boutique hotel is a hidden gem on the edge of the old quarter. A place of calm compared to the bustle on streets outside. The place is immaculately clean, and the staff were very attentive.
The rooftop pool and bar is a great place to relax at the end of the day. Being a small hotel, this area was never crowded.
Dining in the restaurant was a special evening. The food and service were excellent.
The location is excellent, close to tour bus drop off, walking distance to most attractions, and casual restaurants in the old quarter

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Hanoi
Excellent Stay in the Heart of Hanoi
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Hanoi. The room and common areas were spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay, which we really appreciated.
The staff was fantastic across the board — the reception team was welcoming and helpful, the restaurant staff provided great service at every meal, and the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate every single day.
The location is a real highlight: it’s within easy walking distance of all the major attractions and countless great restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the city without needing taxis or Grab rides.
Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. A great base for exploring this amazing city!

What a wonderful hotel
Perfect location, incredibly friendly staff, and a spacious, spotless room. Every detail made our stay feel special. The chocolate on the pillow after turndown service, the delicious chocolate mousse with a handwritten “Thank you for staying” note, and even a lovely windbreaker as a farewell gift were such thoughtful touches.
