Very good hotel

Great location, close to the center of the old neighborhood. Very welcoming staff thank you to Simon and Brian among others. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable (we had the 601,603 and 701 ). Extra breakfast.
I recommend without hesitation.

Perfect location

Super nice small townhouse with perfect location close to everything. Really nice rooms but little noise from the road at night. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of fruits. Polite staff and nice cleaning.

Unforgettable birthday in Hanoi

Everything was very nice.Hotel close to the cathedral.Staff very kind and friendly.Room clean and comfortable.No noise.
Having arrived for my birthday, when I returned to my room at the end of the day they left me a bouquet of roses and then brought a cake to celebrated Unforgettable birthday.
Thanks also to Simon for his kindness.

Nice hotel and good value, but street floods in heavy rains

The hotel is nice and the room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. It's also in a cool area with lots of winding, narrow streets, which were fun to explore.
Unfortunately, there's one big caveat that would prevent me from staying here during the rainy season. The hotel is on a road to narrow for cars, so my taxi driver dropped me off a couple of blocks away and pointed me in the right direction -- no problem there. However, it had been raining much of the day and the block the hotel was on was completely flooded with approximately six inches of water. The only way to get to it was to wade through, carrying luggage and all. Fortunately, someone on a motorbike helped me get to the front steps of the hotel relatively dry, but there's no guarantee that happens again. In talking with folks in the area, this happens relatively frequently during heavy rains. It would unfortunately be a dealbreaker for me during the rainy season, because the rest of the hotel was great.
