Nice apartment with beautiful view over Bay Bacvice.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights, arriving by rental car at 2 PM and parking in their lot to unload. We climbed 3 sets of stairs to the 2nd floor key box; prior emails contained instructions for contact less entry.
Wood floored Apt #3 opened to a vestibule with the nice bathroom with shower to the left and through another door to the fully outfitted kitchen with a dining table, daybed (used as an uncomfortable couch) and nice wall TV(Sky and movies in English). A separate room contained a pillow top queen (too soft)with a dresser. Both rooms had 2 large insulated/shuttered windows facing a quiet street with views over Bay Bacvice and the constant parade of island ferries on the Adriatic. While not permitted to use the apartment's marked parking lot, we found free parking along nearby streets.
This spacious apartment provides quick hot water, good secure WIFI and nearby beach eateries. The location permitted walking to the city sites, taking ferries to 2 islands and shopping at Konzum 450 m north, making for a pleasant stay and an overall good value.

Great little place

Clean, well equipped apartment. Good situation, great for restaurants beaches etc and just a short walk to the town. Very helpful landlady, available for advice/problems etc. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Excellent apartment - excellent situation - clean, spacious and host Suzana very attentive

We have stayed here 3 nights and move on to Dubrovnik tomorrow- we have so enjoyed our stay here at Apartments Suzy , can highly recommend and would happily come back - there is beach / sea over the road and it’s few mins walk from bus and ferry terminals and the Promenade in Split .

Great situation

Situated about an easy ten minute walk from the bus station, very close to the beach. Suzy was very welcoming and helpful. The appartment is well equiped and of a reasonable size. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Mixed feelings about this one overnight stay

My son and I arrived late one Saturday afternoon having driven straight into the little "courtyard" of this property. We then followed signs up three flights of dingy stairs having been reassured by a young man that we were at the right place. Given the look of this drab building we had severe doubts. A friendly young lady eventually opened the door to us looking surprised saying that she had expected us to phone in advance. Oh well...
She then took us down to Flat 1 at ground level. It was really quite small and pokey with a separate bedroom filled almost completely with a double bed. The chintzy decorations had been thoughtfully put together - clearly a strong feminine touch. We were a bit perplexed to see that a single bed had been made up in the little living room. The young lady had erroneously understood that we were a party of 3. But never mind. There was also a really tiny bathroom with walk in shower cubicle and a separate kitchen. We only used the fridge there.
So, the positive features were the cleanliness of the little flat, it's great location close to beaches, the old town, the port and night life, the air conditioning, the free WiFi and the car parking space right outside the door (tight for a big Audi but manageable).
What I didn't like was the pokiness of the whole place. I also couldn't get comfortable in the double bed - far too soft and spent most of the night on the single bed in the living room. And I thought that the price was very high for such a place.
