The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the downtown core and very close to the beach. The rooms were modern, spacious, and extremely clean. It’s a great value for the quality you get. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be near the port and city center

Centrally located hotel close to port and historic
Centre of Split. Staff friendly and rooms are comfortable and modern.

We were quite surprised there wasn’t an option for regular housekeeping having booked 5 nights. We finally asked for clean towels and that was accommodated but were surprised there was no option for clean bedding for that length of stay (at least it was never offered to us). In addition we were very surprised there was no fan in the bathroom - having a shower created a damp environment throughout the entire bathroom causing towels, toiletries etc to all become damp. This is concerning as I have asthma and that can create a dangerous mold situation very quickly.
The worst part was my friend left his suitcase in the room and reached out to the property via email. He said the response showed no concern and offered no help or assistance to find a way for him to be reunited with his suitcase and items inside.
I will never recommend this property to anyone.

Repeat stay. Excellent staff and awesome location.
However, we booked 5 rooms some 11 months ago and upon arrival, was told the accommodation was overbooked!! Otherwise, the experience was ok.

VERY LOUD

This is not a hotel , it is rooms grouped in a large apartment in a tower on one floor ...
The problem is that the home is in the hallway .. it's super sound. The rooms are in the hallway next door in the line of the front door and the reception ... We hear everything , guests who speak loudly and maids who babble at lunch and afternoon ..
the doors slam all the time..
We had two evenings from 9:30 to 11:00 a brothel without names with Asian groups without embarrassment..
I warned the manager .. it would be nice to notify the reception a respect for the guests in the evening ... if not the room itself: no vmc in the bathroom? The air conditioning works well but the large super high bed and 2 mattresses with a large bed linen but just 2 small individual sheets for 2 people!!! Not great..
the only + l hotel is well placed..
on the other hand no parking
Everything pays around and galley to find a place ....
