We had an incredible stay at this family-run apartment rental. The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating, and we never felt like we lacked anything. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony with a view of the sea. Outside, there is plentiful parking in the yard and there is a lovely outdoor grill with seating in the shade - the hosts were kind enough to prepare the area for us as we wanted to grill some fish during our stay. It became one of our most memorable moments from our trip!
Across the street is a grocery store - a Studenac market, with all the basic necessities as well as wine, beer and some spirits. Fresh bread in the mornings, if you don't want to walk over to the bakery a little further away. It's about 500m walk down to the beach, a bit of a hill on the way back, but from that point you can either go into the more populated and busy beach along the camping (with showers, paid sunchairs, etc) or walk further west along the coast to the public beach that still has plenty of shade, showers, etc.
Old town is a longer walk away, easily an hour or so walking, so we recommend renting a bike or having a car. The hosts also offered direct contact with a family member who was an uber-driver for quick hops around town. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, we liked Pizzeria Sime and Grill Capo, as well as Konoba Rafaelo.
All in all a dreamy stay in wonderful sunny Zadar. We'll almost certainly be back and will definitely stay here again!

We had a great Stay Petra was super helpful and the flat was perfect. The view was amazing. It's in a great area with amazing restaurants in walking distance. Courtyard parking was a nice bonus.

Stayed at Petra in a sea view studio.for 10 nights. Was absolutely beautiful. Room had all amenities. Very clean & very well organised. Petra was available at all times if needed. Would definitely recommend. It just ticked all the boxes.

Absolutely adorable! From the moment we walked in, the daughter took excellent care of us! Accommodating, helpful & friendly. Beautiful sea view on balcony, lots of room in apartment, well-kept. Everything was perfect!
