Good location but I suggest it for only a short stay

Positive Aspects:
Proximity to Borik Beach: The location of this accommodation is its biggest asset. Being close to Borik Beach made our daily trips to the shore very convenient.
Accessible Public Transport: The nearby bus station provided easy access to the old town, which was a significant plus for us as tourists.
Free Air Conditioning: The availability of free air conditioning was appreciated, especially during the hot days.
Initial Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the room was cleaner than expected based on other reviews. There was no unpleasant odor, which was a relief.
Negative Aspects:
Lack of Basic Amenities: The room lacked basic amenities entirely. We were given only two hand-washing towels and one beach towel for two people, which appeared to have been left by a previous guest and was not even folded.
No Mirror in the Room: There was no mirror in the room. The only mirror available was in the bathroom, placed so high that I, an average-height woman, could only see myself from the nose up.
Uncomfortable Pillows: The pillows were old, cheap, and very uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep quality.
Small Balcony: The balcony was too small for two people and lacked a clothesline, making it difficult to dry our wet beach clothes.
Inadequate Supplies: We were initially provided with only half a roll of toilet paper for our entire week-long stay, which was insufficient. While the owner did provide more toilet paper upon request, not supplying enough in the first place was very inattentive.
No Room Cleaning: Throughout our stay, the room was never cleaned. While I did not expect daily cleaning, not even the trash was taken away for the whole week.
Broken Fridge: The fridge in the room was broken. Although the owner promised a replacement on the first day, it never arrived. We had to store our items in a fridge located in a very messy garage.
Impractical Lighting: There was no light switch next to the bed and no night lamps, making it very impractical to switch off the lights from the other side of the room.

Underground.....

Dirty entrance area, no towels, broken fridge and faucet, dirty wardrobe with old stuff in it, no equipment in the kitchen... the landlord looks as unkempt as his apartments... keep your hands off... better not to book! The point is still generous...
