Extra welcome

Located 10 minutes from the city bridge, very convenient
It is a large building with lots of agency and therefore rentals.
Clean room, fridge with arrival gift, beautiful decoration
The Owner welcomed us, very kind, she took the time to explain ZADAR, to show us where to go, what to see...
It also allowed us to arrive a little earlier than the usual check and that is a plus!
Another plus, parking. For travelers who travel to Croatia with a rental car, it’s often a struggle to find a place. There, no worries, secure parking.
Negative: lack of terrace, but that’s to say something

Perfect location near the Old Town

We couldn't have asked for a better stay during our time in Zadar. Less than a 10 minute walk from the old town & was perfectly situated for a location. Mrs Meri was very friendly & helpful for our late arrival & early departure & was only a call away from needing any help. Highly recommend thanks again

Excellent accommodation a stone's throw from the historic center

Room, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Same thing with the bathroom. Very good location ten minutes from the historic center. Breakfast is not included but there is enough to heat water and make coffee or infusions. Free parking in the garage. One of the best accommodations of our trip

Very Good

An excellent choice for anyone looking to visit Zadar. 10 minutes from the city center, the facilities are excellent. Family business. We were welcomed in a friendly and welcoming way. Impeccable room with everything needed. Free underground parking. Nice Place. Modern.

Excellent accommodation

This place offers far above comparable hotels. Locations- great; Room- Newly built with all appointments to make my stay very comfortable; Bathroom- has mood lighting, large 2 person shower and heqted floor; Parking- undercover secure parking is available upon request and payment of a returnable security deposit for the remote.
Breakfast- not included but there are plenty of cafes within short walk.
Definitely will make a point of staying here again.
