Just what I needed

It is quiet, it is clean, everything is there, nothing is missing. Excellent value for money!
I chose this place for the proximity to the city center. I had to stay there for two nights, I’m still there... You will find the formula of your choice to sleep. The atmosphere is very warm. The manager is very friendly and helps you whenever you need to respond to your request.
If I had to come back to Tallinn I would come back!

The host is rude and you can't see anything in the rooms

I generally don’t expect over-the-top warmth from customer service in Estonia, but I found the woman managing this property especially difficult. When I arrived, she became irritated that I entered through the door instead of the adjacent gate—a surprising reaction given how close they are (and there are no signs on the door or the gate that that is the place). Unfortunately, things didn’t improve from there. Her manner remained consistently curt and dismissive, and I never once heard a kind word.
As for the accommodation, I would not recommend the rooms in the main bungalow. They lack windows and overhead lighting, relying only on small wall lamps, which makes them feel more like a bunker than a welcoming guest room. The overall atmosphere is uncomfortably dark and closed-in. Never, Never again.

Never again

If we hadn't paid in advance, we would have left again. As tight as you stand here is incredible. The door just opened. Naughty enough to take €50 a night. Not to mention the hysterical owner. I've never felt so uncomfortable

Customers are mostly junkies, shooting up at night

This place has become a junkie paradise. There is a constant flow late night, or junkies who go through the back gate to do narcotics. One customer couple was passing out on the doorstep, after injecting themselves in a red car. Then there are always 4-5 other Russian speaking customers congregating (doing something at one of the garages at the back)… I believe some are full time tenants now.
This is not a family friendly location. I would not recommend it to anybody, especially not young or female customers or children.
In the past I used to families staying so it must have been a lot nicer.

Not somewhere I would recommend as there are safety concerns

The hostess is lovely and very accommodating. There are three fully equipped kitchens and three communal showers. However I have huge concerns. There are far too many people, the accommodation is either windowless rooms, tents or in campervans. The camper parking should be for a maximum of 4 there were 7 when we were there. If there was a fire no one would get out! The campervan took at least 20 mins sometimes more to manoeuvre off the driveway… I am staggered at how she has got permission to run this enterprise
