Great hotel to stay

English translation:
I am very satisfied. This hotel has a truly fresh, modern look; it is beautiful and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious, and there was a possibility to make coffee or tea. There was also a separate seating area. The breakfast was plentiful, and I especially liked the option to make fresh waffles yourself.

The room was next to the elevators. early in the morning a group of people left the same floor. the elevator beeped every time it arrived at the floor so sleep was minimal.

Basic hotel, car parking was 16€/24h, and own car was reason to use this hotel.
Breakfast area not so nice, because it same time lobby and other things in first floor.

A Good, Clean, Well Priced Tallinn Base.

A very new, clean and modern base which is very easy to get to from the ferry via the tram (10mins and €2) or from the airport via bus (10mins and €2).
Both the tram and bus stop 20 paces from the hotel.
Rooms are bright and clean and breakfast decent and finishes late which is a bonus.
The main tourist sites are an easy 15min walk away.
I’ve paid an awful lot more to stay in worse.

STAY COMPLETED, BUT A PENALTY WAS CHARGED FOR NO-SHOW.

We booked this hotel through booking from July 20 to 22, 2026, the stay went well. Unfortunately, after our return to Italy, we received a penalty charge of 136.00 euros on our credit card for a stay that did not take place. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT AFTER REGISTERING OUR PASSPORTS AND PAYING THE STAY AMOUNT OF 273.10 OUR PRESENCE DOES NOT SHOW UP?????? It is not the first time that I have booked Hilton chain hotels, but after this trick I will not return.

Based on our records, the charge was not related to the reservation that you completed and paid for during your stay, but to a separate reservation that was handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions. We understand that this may have caused confusion, particularly when travelling as a group with multiple reservations.
