Great accommodation
The hotel convinced us. Cool design, great staff, and a good location.
The design is modern but also elegant. This continues in the rooms; however, the double room was a bit small. However, the bed was excellent.
The staff was helpful and attentive from the very beginning.
The location is about a 15-minute walk from the old town, so while it is not a prime location, we could reach everything easily.
The breakfast was good, and we also had dinner at the restaurant, which was also impressive.

Fabulous Hotel
Fabulous hotel in an excellent location just a few mins walk from the old town.The hotel itself is perfect from the very friendly staff at check in and in the breakfast area.The room (Superior double room) was very modern with coffee machine,safe,mini bar,lovely bed and shower.It also had a small balcony..The breakfast is plentiful with a choice of hot and cold choices plus you can order an omelette to be cooked while you decide what else you want.There is also a choice of fruit,cereal, yoghurt, porridge,juices and some lovely cakes.The spa area is fabulous and it was nice and quiet from the pool itself,steam room,Japanese pool,plunge pool and the Sauna you could easily spend 2 hrs here.One of the best choices of hotels I have made.Please book it wont disappoint.

Unfortunately, our room's air conditioning was out of service for two days, making it very difficult to sleep in a hot, humid environment. Two sleepless nights at a 5-star hotel are certainly disappointing. However, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We also noticed that our sheet had some old blood stains that hadn't fully washed out, so we flipped it inside out to avoid seeing them. Due to these issues, we probably won't return, as there are better options in Tallinn. If this had happened at a regular hotel, it might have been somewhat understandable, but since this was a new 5-star hotel, the experience was quite shocking.

Stylish and comfortable
We loved staying at the Mövenpick Tallinn. The location is quiet but it's not far from the Old Town or bus stops and it's super handy to a shopping mall which has an excellent supermarket and also an upscale food court that was perfect for an easy, reasonably priced and very tasty dinner.
Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. It had the Scandinavian style dual duvets. The pillows were odd but there was a pillow menu. The TV channels were somewhat disappointing - no English language channel (eg BBC/CNN) or sports channels. But that didn't really bother us, we were too busy exploring Tallinn.
The pool/spa is AMAZING - besides a swimming pool there is a spa pool, cold plunge pool, steam room and sauna. Allow time to enjoy this, it's fantastic.
The service was very friendly, albeit erratic. Some examples: when we arrived our room wasn't ready (which is fine) so we left our bags and headed out, but when we returned and the room WAS ready we still had to go back down to collect them ourselves. On the first day we got a bed turn down service but on the second day we didn't. Also on the second day our room wasn't serviced until after 4pm and that service only entailed making the beds and emptying the bin - not changing the towels (left in a heap) or any other cleaning. None of this was a huge deal, but you kind of expect better for a 5 star hotel.
If it sounds like I'm complaining a lot I must stress that I'd stay here again. The location, the spa, the chocolate hour and the friendly staff were all terrific.

Very good hotel.
The hotel is very well located and allows for visiting the old town on foot.
The rooms are well-equipped and very beautiful. The breakfast is served in a buffet style with many choices. Additionally, it is served on the rooftop, which is quite pleasant.
The reception is welcoming and the staff is helpful.
