Comfortable stay

The service staff was excellent from the watchman to the bell boy to the manager especially Mr.Shyju and Mr. Muthu. The room was small but well maintained. The general cleanliness was good, but commode in the bathroom could have been cleaner. Had to ask for the brush and toothpaste. Suggestion is that a full length mirror in the room could have been good. Locker was not available in the room. Overall nice expereince especially if you are looking for a temporary stay.

Awesome stay with a great comfort

Nice and spacious rooms. Had a pleasant stay for 2 days. Good service and the food was awesome. Morning buffet breakfast was very nice which includes some typical malabari cuisine along with fruits, bread, flakes, juice and tea/coffee.
Easily accessible.. Overall it's a good choice.

Terrible stay!!!

Please avoid any bookings with this hotel. We r writing this review during our stay. The management and staff seems to be least interested in catering any services. We stayed here in this hotel a couple of times in the past and everything was execellent. So while booking I asked for the same new renovated room expecting to get the same service. But on the day of check in before reaching the hotel I called them to confirm the room and I was told that all the renovated rooms are booked! When I told them that they should have informed at the time of booking and I’m not going to check in marina they said they will give me a new room!
Finally we checked in to find that it was an old stinky tiny room with no basic aminities, not even towels. ( when I asked for towels they said it will be provided only on request). We had to call the house keeping for each and every thing and every time the reply is that all aminities r only for premium rooms (we were not informed abt the catogories of rooms also they said they had our past history of our stay in premium rooms).
The rooms r dirty, stinks and the attitude of the staff is pathatic.
The complementary breakfast was a disaster. Unlike b4, breakfast was served in an open area with lot of flies (complimentary?) the area was so dirty with uncleaned table ( guess previous night there was an iftar party) the staff was rude when requested to clean the table. Food was pathetic and unhygienic ( I literally saw a guy putting 2 baturas back into the buffet bowl from the floor !. )
Dear marina residency it would be better u shut this down rather than catering a pathetic hospitality. Shame on u guys.

Good hotel

Hotel Marina Residency is heart of the city with easy access to all parts
Great for family and business travellers,good staff, food is very good. Room service very nice,clean linen and descent toiletries
Very well maintained
