The apartment was fantastic. The price, location and size were above expectations. The beds were very comfortable with good linen, pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot water instant. The bathroom was quite new. Being near Santa Croce was fantastic with good restaurants and bars very close. The apartment is on a quiet street on the first floor. No lift but just one flight of stairs. There are 2 huge bedrooms, large lounge room with smart tv. Good size kitchen. Full size fridge and strong wifi. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE
Premièrement la communication avec les “ hôtes ” est terrible mais on comprend vite pourquoi.
Avant d'arriver à l'hôtel on nous demande de s'enregistrer, après avoir contacté le gérant il m'a envoyé un lien, sur lequel il vous demande de régler la caution (142€ me concernant avec une taxe de 22%). Une fois l'hôtel quitter j'ai attendu 1 mois le temps d'être remboursé de ma caution et je contacte le gérant, qui étonnement sait faire des phrase d'un seul coup. Il me demande alors une preuve affirmant le paiement de la caution. Après avoir envoyé le mail prouvant le paiement il me demande où (dans le mail) est indiqué qu'il s'agit bien de la caution. En effet il est indiqué nul part qu'il s'agit de la caution mais qu'il s'agit à la place de “ frais de nettoyage (142€ de nettoyage cela semble extrêmement honnête pour 4 nuits) le gérant refuse donc tout remboursement et invite ses clients à bien lire les documents avant d'acheter quoi que ce soit. Évidemment lors du paiement il s'agit de payer une caution et non un service de nettoyage. Une fois payé c'est un service de nettoyage et non une caution. Un procédé aussi recherché que malhonnête.
A savoir pour ceux qui même après le ci-dessus serait tenter de réserver. l'appartement est lugubre ( pas sur les photos biensur ) il n'y pas de lit double, que des lits simple. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Les matelas sont affreux, ainsi que les coussins. Vous avez jusqu'à 10h00 pour libérer l'appartement le jour du départ. Nous étions en train de finir nos bagages à cette heure là quand le gérant très honnête sonna à la porte à 10h00 sans attendre de réponse pour entrer. Nous nous excusée du retard, à quoi il a immédiatement répondu à ma compagne que nous avions 5 min pour quitter les lieux.
Je précise que j'attendais d'être remboursé pour effectuer un commentaire et j'espère profondément que d'autres ne se sont pas fait avoir car une fois l'hôtel réservé rien n'est remboursable si vous annulait en vous rendant compte de la supercherie. Vous êtes donc forcé de payer un service de nettoyage hors de prix.
J'espère vraiment que leur malhonnêteté se paiera un jour.

We arrived at the property address listed on Expedia. There was no one there to answer the door and there is no contact number available on the website or Expedia to contact them. We pressed all the buzzers on the door and someone let us through into the hallway.
We found the room we were supposed to be saying and knocked in the door. A confused women opened the door and explained they are staying in the room until December so we had been double booked.
We showed our booking and she confirmed that it was the same room from the photos.
Please don’t book this place they don’t communicate with you and there is no way to contact them.
