Tried to charge an extra bed that was already paid

The room was spacious and sparkling clean. Well located, near Piazza Amadeo. It is also walking distance to Lungomare. Breakfast is self service in the common use kitchen, it had a great selection of pastries, yogurts, and fruits. We booked this room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). We got a room with a double bed and a sofa-bed. The manager said it would cost more 10 euros to get the sofa-bed set for us. We did not agree, as we booked a triple room, the sofa-bed should be set for the throd guest. This extra cost was not written in the booking announcement, that is why I do not give 5 stars. Also, the apartment is located in a busy street, there was street noise during the night.

Small but cozy

Strategic location, a few steps from Piazza Amedeo. Safe area to go out in the evening, with many shops, lights and attractions. Clean room, clean bathroom and equipped with shower samples. Attention to detail from the owners. Breakfast included at Scaturchio bar delicious! Check in remotely.
Disadvantages: Everything very small: the room, the bathroom. There is everything but really miniature (at least the single room). The balcony overlooks a kind of outdoor garage, the view is not spectacular. The mini-fridge is a little noisy. The bathroom is opposite and not in the room. Perhaps considering the size of the room the price is a bit high, but it makes up for the location and breakfast.

I wouldn't repeat.

The accommodation is located in an old building, very close to the metro station line 2 of Amedeo; you have to climb to a 2nd floor without elevator! Francesco Crispi Street is very noisy and annoying. Breakfast in a nearby bar entitles you to a piece of pastries and a coffee or infusion.

like out of the house

Absolutely to avoid if you have a car, parking is a utopia. Despite the size and beauty of the room, the comfort and cleanliness, the building is smelly. The whole area smells like animal droppings, unbearable. The window would not close, so every time a car or motorcycle passed, it seemed to have it in the room. Benino in total

To be improved

First of all three positive remarks: first the location is very good, close to the center and aside of Piazza Amedeo with train station and taxi stop area, second the sympathy and kindness of Patrizia and Maria, third the set of bath towels is very rich.
A neutral remark: the furniture is very minimal (mostly IKEA) and there are very few drawers.
To be improved:
there are here and there very small step not clearly visible and a bit dangerous,
the fridge in the room is quite noisy,
the breakfast room is a bit sad, with plastic flowers and packed industrial food (no packed local food?), many (too many) plastic cups and glasses, and you have to eat facing the wall.
The worst is the odd of warm water in the shower: this depends on whether you or other guests have correctly turned off the spray fawcett of the WC. It is a chance to have a warm or an icy shower.
