Highly recommend!

The big asset is a bathroom inside the room, also a kitchen in the hotel. Owners speak English pretty well. Greate location just in the historical center, near metro station. Good wifi inside the room. There is a nice roof terrace also, ideal place for morning breakfast or evening rest. For me personally it was very valuable, that when I had a little incident during my stay in Naples, I got fully support from the people in this hotel.

Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento, da igual si viajas solo o acompañado! No creo que se pueda encontrar en el centro de Nápoles algo mejor en relación precio/calidad. Está en pleno corazón de la ciudad , en una avenida principal , la entrada es en una pequeña plaza pero se ve toda la avenida desde el balcón ! Los propietarios son geniales, te hacen sentir como en casa. El alojamiento es un piso con una cocina común, cada habitación con llave privada tiene su propio baño. Es como estar en casa. Se descansa muy bien, a pesar de estar en pleno centro no es una zona ruidosa! La ubicación es perfecta. No es una zona peligrosa, solo en toda ciudad del mundo a la noche hay que cuidarse y en el día también! No tuve ninguna mala experiencia en Nápoles !
Si no necesitáis lujos para hacer una escapada pero queréis un lugar auténtico , limpio y bien ubicado ya sabéis donde podéis ir!

Buona qualità prezzo, senza troppe pretese

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b solamente una notte. La camera era all'interno di un appartamento nel quale sono state ricavate 3stanze con bagno, peccato che la nostra non aveva nessuna finestra e l'unica apertura era un piccolo lunotto sopra la porta della stanza che affacciava sul cucinotto in comune.. diciamo che la privacy e il silenzio non sono stati proprio il punto di forza della struttura... Detto questo, il proprietario è molto cordiale e la qualità prezzo ottima. Anche la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro storico e molte altre zone di Napoli a piedi.
Lo consiglio a viaggiatori senza troppe pretese che cercano un buon punto di appoggio per conoscere la città!

NON MALE MA.....

Nell' insieme mi sono trovato bene: zona centrale, proprietari cordiali, scale di un bellissimo mattonellato in cotto.
Ma letti decisamente da rivedere e molto scomodi. Pulizie mai svolte durante tutto il periodo di sei giorni. Gradini alti e scalinata stretta, per chi deve arrivare a piedi fino al terzo piano.

Centrale ed essenziale

La struttura situata nel famoso quartiere degli Orefici è ad un passo (e nn si fà per dire) dal centralissimo Corso Umberto I.
Se sarete ospiti di questa essenziale residenza, non avrete bisogno di utilizzare l'auto visto che protrete agevolmente raggiungere a piedi, la stazione centrale, la fermata della metro "UNIVERSITA'", la magnifica passeggiata del porto e la centralissima Via Toledo vero cuore pulsante del centro.
La struttura nella quale sono stato ospitato è stata realizzata ristrutturando un piccolo appartamento dal quale sono state ricavate tre stanze con il bagno in camera e una zona comune che è poco più di un corridoio ma attrezzato con una cucina, un frigorifero, un forno a micronde e un tavolo/mensola con sgabbelli per poter fare colazione.
Dotato inoltre di rete wifi gratuito.
Nonostante l'ubicazione centrale, la zona è risultata tranquilla e non troppo rumorosa.
Il gestore, Gianluca, si è mostrato gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale.
Sicuramente da migliorare il servizio di pulizia.
