Great place.

We had such a good experience. They communicate very well. A lady was waiting for us at the agreed time. Very friendly and welcoming.
Room was spacious and clean. Large bathroom and air conditioner in the room.
Location was good.

Great location, that's about it.

The location is fantastic - right in the centre of historic town, with moments walk to many attractions.
We only stayed one night, so didn't really need great comforts, but the room was not the most pleasant.
We were allocated in Reginella room, which only has a hottub in the bedroom, and its cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There is no shower, so you have to use the hot tub, but there isn't anywhere to place the hose in! Very uncomfortable to wash.
The breakfast was very basic, very little choice.

Great owner, awesome location.

A really perfect location, you can reach all the main sights and feel Naples city beat walking in those passages around via Tribunale. 15 min walk from the port when you decide to go on a ferry tour.
Roberto is a very hospitable owner, will support you at any stage of your voyage.
Room has a decor with taste and style.
Wifi signal is stable.
Great value accomodation.

Very good, highly recommend.

We had a great stay at B&B Rochel, 2 nights in the heart of the historic old town.
Roberto was most helpful, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is typically Italian, pastries, croissants, boiled eggs, cold meats, toast, good tea selection, coffee, all very fresh. Great location the experience the authentic Naples.
Definitely would stay again and have no complaints.

Really bad customer service

We had a really bad experience with this hotel. Our flight had delay and we arrived to the hotel later than expected. Although we made a reservation with Venere.com nobody at the hotel was expecting us, so the door was closed and there was nobody there. After calling them 3 times, somebody decided to come and they explained that there was an Overbooking problem. They noticed that to Venere (the same day) and they explained us that it was not their problem if we can´t sleep there, so it was Veneres problem. It took 2 hours for them to find an alternative hotel for us. After 2 hours waiting, Roberto (the owner) came to explain that it was our problem because we arrived late and he closes the doors after 23:00.
