Holiday in Naples
Ms. Vincenza was very friendly and helpful
Gave us great advice both regarding excursions to do and for catering establishments
The very clean structure is located in the center in a very quiet and peaceful area and close to public services

Strategic position
B&b in a strategic area to quickly reach the port, Piazza Plebiscito and Via Toledo with the Spanish Quarter.
Vicenza is a very kind, thoughtful and very nice host. Spotless room. We had a great time, thank you!

Good location & space but would not recommend - poor service from host!
Great location, in close walking distance to stations, the main squares, good attractions such as the archeological museum and fun nightlife near the Piazza Bellini area. The room was clean and a decent size, with amenities e.g. towels and little sachets of soap. There was a kettle but wasn’t clean, and no cups inside the room.
Very disappointed by the lack of interaction with the host, and the lack of cleaning during the stay. The main host (Donna Vicenza) was not around at all during our stay, so we had to message her for issues as her mother who was occasionally there did not speak any English. There was no-one manning the reception during the stay, so it felt more like a rented room than a B&B. On the final day, our key to the outside door didn’t work so we had to wait outside for 15-20 minutes. When we initially informed Donna via WhatsApp, she did not take the issue seriously and maintained that we are unable to open a door, despite this being our 4th day in the property. Once we finally convinced Donna that the issue was serious, the solution was messaging other guests to come and help us, as there was no-one inside or around from the managing staff. The host and her mother were very defensive when we raised the issue with them and proceeded to berate us. This is an especially concerning incident as we are two women who were stuck outside an apartment with one non functioning key. In the future, would advise the B&B to shut over Christmas if the main hosts are on holiday, rather than remain open but not be present.
Another issue was the lack of transparency around cleaning. We stayed at Donna Vincenza B&B for 5 nights and the room was only cleaned on 2 days. The hosts did not explain this would be the case initially. On day 1, the reason for not cleaning was the host’s mother was unwell and she was the only member of the family in the city at the time. On day 3, we were informed that the host’s mother is departing, no cleaner would come and given some towels with no explanation. When we complained we were told the cleaner has COVID. It is not our responsibility as guests to chase after cleaning, and money should be refunded if usual services are not provided. Also, for those wondering - no breakfast is provided. We were fine with this, but worth noting.

Napoli mille colori
B&b posto in zona centrale e storica . Si assapora la Napoli verace .. Vincenza è stratosferica , gentilissima e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza . Incredibile non ci era mai successo , giornalmente ci scriveva se andava tutto bene ed avessimo bisogno di qualcosa .. fantastica ! La nostra permanenza a Napoli di 6 giorni rimarrà nei nostri cuori per tutto quello che abbiamo visto ed anche per la squisita gentilezza di Vincenza e tutti i napoletani conosciuti. Ritorneremo . Catia

Deludente
Siamo stati al b b donna Vicenza settimana scorsa.....siamo arrivati tutti insieme alle 20.30mezz ora oltre check-in e ci siamo visti addebitare 60euro ....quindi 20ruro a coppia....la prenotazione era stata fatta con un unico nominativo ....ci è sembrato molto poco professionale...consiglio pulire i bollitori sono pieni di calcare .. x accedere bisogna salire due rampe di scale scomode...non consigliato
