"Welcomed like family… along with our dogs ❤️"

As a Neapolitan, when some people from Tuscany contacted me to come to Naples to adopt a dog from the shelter, I was very keen to recommend a quiet, clean, and above all humane place to stay.
I found this small family-run hotel and I couldn't have made a better choice.
My adopters told me they were welcomed with rare warmth: the owners and staff proved to be wonderful people, true animal lovers, full of admiration for their journey made not only for pleasure but especially to give a new life to a dog.
They pampered their dog that they already had with them and also the new arrival from the shelter, making them feel truly at home.
I was extremely pleased to have made a good impression by recommending this establishment.
The area is very quiet, very convenient for parking — which is not a given in Naples — and everything is so clean that "you could eat off the floor." Moreover, the proximity to the metro is perfect for those who do not know the city and want to move easily towards the center.
For me, the judgment is super positive and it will definitely become my reference point for future adoptions and for all the people who come to Naples accompanied by their four-legged friends. ❤️

Secure parking and excellent coffee

This hotel has seen its best days. The absolutely best part is the parking inside the compound securely protected. You have to walk for a while to find something to eat in the evening. That kind of walk felt more or less like a gamble would your life on the narrow streets where people were driving like crazy. The hotel is pet friendly which is and was a must for us.
There is no coffeemaker in the room and and the breakfast is basic a cup of coffee and a croissant. However the croissant was fantastic and the manager manager was the only one on the place who knew English good enough to make yourself understood was a true gentleman doing his best to accommodate your wishes. We were early birds like another travelling staying at the hotel and had to walk the poor manager up in order to have the gates open for them and for us since our dog wanted to go out for his early morning walk before having breakfast. It took a while for the manager to wake up, but no sour face just a big smile and Bongiorno in Italian. As a sidenote I have to say that the double espresso he made for me was the best I have ever tasted, the manager warned me it was Italian and very strong but since one of my friends here in Malta is in Italian and I now and then visit him to enjoy the coffee he makes for me when I do, I just said go ahead and I enjoyed the coffee very much. The managers sister which we unfortunately never met was the one answering the phone and was very kind to us and she as well did her best despite English not being her strength.
The place is very quiet and there is no disturbance despite roads around the area.
As already indicated, don’t expect much English speaking people something that seems to be the same all over Italy with a few exceptions in the larger hotels and tourist. Sorry to say the area seems very run down with abandoned houses and filthy streets. It is odd that a European country like Italy as a whole, shows such a poor knowledge into an international language that works so well in all other countries we passed through, going all the way from Sweden down to Malta. Even on the borders of Pozzallo in the south of Sicily they could hardly speak English despite most of the crossover were Maltese going home. It felt like a blessing once on the ferry being able listening to the English language once again. However, everyone we met so far in Italy has been very friendly apart from two or three hotel receptionist we called on our way, who hung up as soon as they understood we could not speak Italian and they could not answer in English nor any other language that we alternatively could have spoke.
As for the hotel as I mentioned above it has seen better days handles are loose. There are no coffe in the room no water waiting for you and I would not drink the water from the. The beds are clean the linen are clean. The bathroom is good enough but old-fashioned and it all has a late 1980s or1990s lingering all over it. If you’re not too picky, this is a place you can rest for a decent price pet friendly with secure parking and excellent coffee.

The Hotel itself is a 3 star rating which is fine. It is a noisy courtyard however. People talking loudly and cars and mopeds starting up late into the night.
You are also faced with a bit of a hike to get to the Metro.

American-style comfort and convenience

Rooms always clean and tidy, reception very pleasant and kind. The parking is very convenient — in perfect American motel style: arrivals, parking in front of the room and unloading everything in an instant. Ideal for those traveling by car. Great Price quality ratio!
