The hotel was apparently recently renovated, the overall feeling was that everything was pretty new. Bathroom was clean, breakfast room was clean and clear. Breakfast was normal with bread, boiled eggs, coffee, fruits, youghurt, cereals etc. The location is good, quite much uphill walking to reach the hotel but thats Naples after all. About 30min walk to waterfront, short distance to metro station. Atleast from my room, good views to city and vesuvius. The shower cubicle was quite small so if you are on the larger side, it might feel small. No bidee in the bathroom. There were wifi and fridge. AC worked well. The window curtains don't completely black out the room so if light disturbs you, sleep mask is a good idea. Reception is helpful and the customer service was helpful through Whatsapp. I could return to this hotel in the future. Only negative thing was that the room had to be paid in advance even though i explicitly chose to pay the room upon arrival.

When booked under impression had a bar and restaurant. On arrival this wasn't the case. Breakfast basic continental and in basement. Not on terrace as in picture.
Was clean but basic. No drinks in room, some soap and clean linen and towels.
Staff very helpful.
Expect to walk to hotel due to narrow access to entrance. Also on hill, not surprising given views from terrace which are excellent.

average

145 euros per night is a bit expensive for average accommodation (the wallpaper in the rooms is peeling...) located not very far from the historic center on foot (15 minutes), but when it is hot, the return at night is not easy. We also had to pay for a taxi! As for parking, there is some, but it is better to be a good driver and have a car less than 4.50 m, otherwise scratches are guaranteed...

The property had an overall rating of 3 stars which is why we chose it. Unfortunately the conditions of the rooms were nowhere near 3 stars … the floor was dirty, the furniture was falling apart, the shower drain was super slow. We stayed there with a group of friends and one room had mold and another had ants. Breakfast was OK. I would not recommend.

The hotel sits on a steep, narrow slope where cars can’t enter, so we had to carry our luggage down the hill and then down more stairs to reach reception. Our first room was basically a cubicle in the cafeteria with mold on the walls and a bed in poor condition. The receptionist was helpful and moved us to a larger room with a nice view, but it was still very basic and the shower was extremely small. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but sufficient.
Overall, the staff was kind and tried to help, but the hotel’s layout, accessibility issues, and room conditions made the stay less comfortable than expected.
