Ranch Palace hotel SUPER !!!!!!

Hotel in a hilly area, in which we stayed for 5 nights
Located in a quiet area away from city traffic but with shuttle Service to the metro.
Comfortable and quiet rooms. Staff super welcoming and attentive to any need. We felt like family!
A special mention to Lorenzo who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with professionalism, kindness and sympathy, as if we were friends forever, and who pleased us in every request.
Straconsigliato, we will definitely be back!

Unforeseen expenses

Unforeseen large expense as the hotel takes 3 euros per day per person to provide transportation to the nearest
Metro available at specific times! We were 3 and were informed upon arrival that it was
possible to be driven to and from Metro, if we agreed the day before, but not that there was a fixed expense
All days. This.
We used 2 days out of 4 nights to get driven to the Metro and yet we had to check out
pay it three times more than if we had just taken a general taxi the two times. Feels really cheated
Ift. this. Can see an earlier notice that the shuttle bus is free – but that’s not it!
Room ok, but without balcony. The shower took 5 min. before hot water. There is general. bodyshampoo and
soap available.
Breakfast with large cake table, very hard-cooked blue-randed eggs and nothing hot besides the coffee.
The restaurant serves fine dinner at a reasonable price.
Service really ok, but our overall experience was so bad after being charged 66
Euro for being driven 2 times to the nearest Metro!

Most accomodating and friendly hotel and staff

Visited with my friend this week and we had the best 5 nights at Ranch Palace Hotel, Naples! The most friendly and accommodating staff ever, which catered to our every need. The pool was amazing and all the facilities aswell as the room was extremely clean. The food was excellent and the chef cooked us our desired meals ( which weren’t even on the menu!). The day we checked out, we were granted a later check out and access to the pool since our flight wasn’t until the evening- which was very kind of them! Would 100% reccommend this place and I wish to visit again someday

Pleasant establishment

Beautiful complex comfortable rooms but far from Naples very unfortunate because the hotel is very nice and the competent and attentive staff nice bar near the pool The very correct catering for an international hotel

Good for an overnight stay pre/post airport flight

We did our research and were fully aware of the location. It seems the hotel is used mainly by locals and travelling contractors.
We used this hotel for one overnight stay prior to catching a flight from Naples after a holiday in Ischia.
We booked the family suite room. Very spacious. The hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Food was delicious and authentic. We had breakfast included, which was exactly as I would expect, pastries, yogurts and coffees.
Swimming pool was available to use with no additional charges as per some reviews, you do however need to wear a swim cap for “hygiene” purposes if you’re dunking your head. These are an additional €3.
Pool was clean, sun loungers were clean, some umbrellas needed changing.
Do not use this hotel as your main holiday base unless you’re prepared to drive and not bothered about its location or facilities. It’s not central to Naples at all, and not the best area for an evening stroll. But would recommend if looking for an overnight stay.
We took a taxi to the airport which cost €25, it was a 20min drive.
The hotel displays a sign stating they do not book taxis but I think this maybe for longer stays? I didn’t have any problems from reception when I requested they book us a taxi on departure.
