The airy home of good people.
Top marks for the owner of this mini hotel and the girl who works in the morning! After 1 p.m., check-in is on the instructions which will be sent to e-mail. There will be entry door codes as this hotel occupies part of the floor of the apartment complex. Up to 1 p.m. on site staff, making it easy to get room keys and pay city tax. The rooms and common area are decorated in an interesting airy style. Very clean and magnificent view of the passenger port and Vesuvius from a large panoramic window. Nice addition to the mini fridge in the room. The girl who worked with us informed the hostess that we were on an early flight and she brought light snacks instead of breakfast in the evening and also booked us a cab by 2:00 a.m. It was very nice not to have to deal with these issues ourselves. If you can't get a taxi, you have to go around this house on the other side to get a taxi. Naples Airport is closed overnight and only allowed in around 3:30 a.m. In general the area is lively many cafes, one of them right in the house by the entrance.

The owner threatened to kick us out of the room at 21:30h because we complained about the lack of hot water.
My kid went into the shower for no more than 2-3 minutes, and the hot water ran out right away. This was after being outside for a whole day, so not like right after another shower.
When I texted the manager for help, he accused me of lying & did absolutely nothing to investigate, address, or even explain that there was a plumbing problem.
Then he doubled down on accusing me of lying about how long my son was in there.
He ended rudely with: “Use cold water. Bye”.
After I posted a review, he sent some lady to help, who barged into the room, even after I refused entry (my kids were already in bed).
She just kept yelling at us in Italian that we were lying, and never listened to our request to simply leave the water on for 3 minutes.
She called the owner from her phone, and then they both took turns yelling at us.
Finally, the owner shouted that we should pack up & leave the property right now (this was at 2130h, 9:30pm).
We called Hotels.com Customer Service, but the property refused to answer their phone calls as well.
Since we had no other options during the busy tourist season, we ended up staying for one more night, but did not feel safe at all during the entire stay.
Absolutely avoid this place, and any others owned by the same person. (“Skyhouse”)
Properties like this are why we tend to avoid vacation rentals in the first place.

Take into account if you check in after 9pm there is an extra €30 on top of what you already pay for what they call a “late check in”. Another consideration is the actual check out time is 10:30am and not 11:00am as advertised on Hotels.com. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Not much choice with breakfast, but staff fantastic. Ideal location for the ferry and everything else walkable/metro stations walkable. Restaurants and small shops nearby.
