Don Alfonso top

I've been in an RV. You could improve something, like a sink for dishes. For the rest... I think it is the best solution to visit Naples. Quiet place, minutes from the metro station.

Horrible experience. Police will be informed

When we arrived at the accommodation, we discovered that we were supposed to share the apartment with up to six strangers. This had not been apparent to us at the time of booking. We therefore asked the operator of the accommodation to cancel the reservation, and we were told that cancellation would not be a problem and that we would only have to pay for one night. The operator then cancelled the booking via booking.com within minutes. We left immediately afterwards.
However, three days later, the full amount was charged to my credit card. Our messages to the accommodation were ignored. From booking.com we learned that (1) the operator had provided false information about the accommodation, (2) the charge of the full amount was made directly by the accommodation itself, and (3) the immediate cancellation by the operator meant that booking.com could no longer assist us. It was therefore all done intentionally.
Ivano from the accommodation threatened me in order to prevent me from leaving a negative review. It is possible that he does this with every dissatisfied guest, which would explain the positive reviews. I can only strongly advise against staying here.
