Nightmare year with a thieving owner!!!
Owner is a thief, don't approach!!!
I lived there for a year with my partner!!! Every month the price was different, before entering he made us deposit a deposit of 200 euros with a monthly fee of 1000 euros per month for a loft room! ... we returned the house to him better than it was before (I attach photos of how we found it as soon as we entered) but he appealed for the shortened curtains to avoid giving us back the deposit ... he placed a cold-only washing machine in the apartment to which you couldn't enter the programs unlike the other apartments, so we had no other way to wash the curtains other than cold (IKEA curtains 25 euros per pair for a total of 50 euros)! He always wanted cash payments so as not to track anything!!!! According to him, he handed over the sanitized house to us but from the photos I am posting there was nothing sanitized!!! So if you find yourself in Bagnoli don't come near!!! He is an intrusive person who shows up outside the door, enters and goes upstairs without asking permission, but once I pay he has no right to enter without a warning message or phone call!!!! Ps: the photos are from the day we entered the house
