If you go to Pescara it's worth booking.

Returning to Pescara is always an emotion, discovering this place is even more so.
Let's start with the assistance, courtesy and great availability, to say that even if by telephone, they accompanied me to the front of the room and were very, very kind.
The room is very welcoming, with modern furnishings, the right furniture for those who are traveling for a few days, nothing is missing and well laid out. Quiet despite being on a busy street in Pescara, very close to the center and the sea, near the train and bus station and with the bus stop that passes through the airport, therefore well served.
Being close to the center of Pescara there are pizzerias, restaurants and many bars...
I recommend it…
And I thank the facility and its staff for their kindness and professionalism.

Strategic, pleasant, very clean

Guest house in an optimal strategic position that offers independence (self-check-in and independent keys), tranquility and silence despite being in the centre. Modern, new and pleasant furniture, good shower, comfortable bed, perfect wi-fi, good communication (via wapp telephone) with the managers and their availability, and above all perfect cleanliness and sanitation of the environment. Personally I felt the lack of a tea corner, a kettle that would allow you to freely prepare tea, herbal teas, chamomiles, etc. during the day. There is only a single coffee machine in the common corridor, with a few pods. It's true that one of the rooms offered has (according to the description) a kitchenette with fridge (it wasn't mine), but for the others that don't have it, putting at least a kettle with a few sachets wouldn't be bad. Those who stay in the summer would probably also need a mini-fridge in the corridor for common use, at least to keep a bottle of water or a drink chilled. As for the price, it is certainly fair even if according to my personal yardstick (therefore a very subjective observation) considering the city, the lack of breakfast, the absence of common areas, the non-existence of reception (everything is done automatically ') could and should cost a little less.
