If guests do not check in by 22:00, the booking may be treated as a no show. - Please inform the property at least 2 days in advance if you wish to have breakfast on site and you did not book with a meal-inclusive rate. Breakfast will be served at an additional charge. There is no menu; please contact the property directly for more details. - Please contact the property 5 days in advance if you wish to to have a special breakfast catering to vegetarian or other dietary needs. Please note that halal foods and gluten free meals cannot be prepared in this case. - Free luggage storage service is available before check-in time, if guests inform the property via email at least 1 day in advance. Please contact the property for details. - Luggage delivery service is available from Kyoto Station at an extra charge. This is however not operated by the property and guests are required to organise the delivery themselves.
