Very, very good hotel

Fabulous hotel, though in a very quiet area, very good price, spacious rooms, and a very pleasant place.

Stay

The hotel is a bit run-down, the carpets are dirty, and the breakfast and dinner are not impressive or good. The staff is unfriendly.

Request a room in the Tower part

I would not have chosen this hotel on my own, but it is the hotel my group started and finished a Jordan trip. I found the staff to be a bit surly. They wanted to charge me 5 JOD to mail an already stamped postcard for me. If your room is in the main building, expect some noise at night. The beds were comfortable, and the climate control in the rooms worked well. The shower and bathroom were fine. The rooms in the Tower section were much better than those in the main building. The location was fine as well, and very easy to get Ubers.

Modern comfort and excellent cuisine, with some details to consider

My overall stay was a good experience. It is a hotel that is clearly striving to adapt to modernity and stands out for being very clean, something that is noticeable in all common areas.
Highlights:
Rooms: They are quite comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a restful rest after touring the city.
Gastronomy: The best thing is without a doubt his restaurant. The food is very good quality and the prices are quite economical; it is an excellent option for hassle-free dining.
Attention: The staff is very friendly and attentive, always with a positive disposition to help the guest.
Aspects to consider:
The smell: Despite the impeccable cleanliness, rooms retain a marked cigarette smell, which can be inconvenient if you don't smoke or are sensitive to tobacco.
The pool: It is in a location that is a little 'dark' or neglected; it is not the coziest place in the hotel.
Location: Not much to do in the immediate surroundings. The nearest shopping mall is about 15 minutes by car, so you need to consider transportation for any activity.
Bottom line: a functional and modern hotel with an excellent value for money in its food, ideal if you don't mind relying a bit on taxi or private transport."

clean tourist hotel with little flair

Cons: Located outside the old town and the food is not good. The pool has been out of order for some time and the gym is doing terrible things. During my stay there was a wedding that blocked half the hotel. But the wedding guests were nice and wanted to invite us! WhatsApp is partially blocked in Jordan and can only be used with a VPN for telephony. In the hotel it's locked, in the others it was open
Pros: The view is beautiful and the rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. For 12 dinars by shuttle (up to 8 people) to the old town is recommended!
