A charming, new apartment, with an available and kind owner. Highly recommended

This is a relatively new apartment hotel, and much cheaper than many hotels. There are two buildings and a swimming pool between them, included in the price of course. The apartments are spacious, modern, and fun to stay in. We got an apartment with 2 large bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets, shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner. In addition, there is a large kitchen equipped with everything you need, Two large bottles of water were waiting for us in the refrigerator. In addition, there is of course coffee and tea for the residents to use. There is a dining area, which can also be used for work purposes. There is a living room with new furniture, and a TV. There is a large balcony, another advantage. Everything is new, roller blinds, lots of closets in the bedrooms + bedside tables. Beyond the comfort, the owner of the place should be especially mentioned, who was attentive to our needs and was very human. He is also always available on WhatsApp. I asked for an espresso machine, and he immediately brought it to us. Coffee capsules can be purchased at a huge supermarket called Metro, which is close to the hotel. There is also a good and cheap restaurant near the supermarket. We only stayed there for two nights, instead of 4 because we had to return to Israel due to a death in the family. The owner of the place was very sensitive and empathetic.
We were without a car, for those who come with a car there is a free parking lot nearby. We tried to order taxis through Bolt, but they were not available. We are a couple of pensioners, we had to walk a lot. We arrived at Europe Square and there is a taxi stand, polite, responsible and not expensive. A taxi ride from the airport is 20 euros, and local trips are about 10 euros. Highly recommend the place.
Everything is perfect.

There was no reservation while we made it by phone and they were late to put us in the room too much. Without an apology or any convenience at all polite staff and the responsible would not recommend

Very hard to get hold of the host only got the details to check in about 2 hours before after multiple messages and calls.
The kettle was broken despite reporting on day one no one replaced it and we had to use a saucepan to make coffee
A long walk to the beach down very unfriendly pavements.
There was a supermarket and a few restaurants all about 10 mins away.
A building site at the end of the road where they started hammering at 7am every day
Could have been so much better!

There was no toaster, conditioner or laundry detergent as advertised. No housekeeping either despite me leaving the housekeeping sign on i had to message the host for fresh towels. The host never replied to any of my messages. Upon check in i had to call the host to ask for check in details despite it saying on their site they give these 24 hours beforehand.

The apartment was very nice, clean. Loved the pool, i used everyday, sometimes twice. The street grid of larnaca is very confusing, you need gps to find it. For me personally the bed was wsy to firm, but the next person may gindvit great. Pleanty of hot water, with good water pressure. I didnt get my email with pass codes till the 2 dsy i was there, but the management sent me the pass codes mand map linkon Whatsapp and all was good
