Very rundown
Very rundown. All the surfaces in the room were very worn. The room was extremely cold. No hot water. In the middle of an area where there is nothing so you have to walk like 15 minutes to get to the nearest restaurant.

Avoid!
Uninhabitable. Avoid staying here at all cost.
This apartment is an embarrassment for such a lovely country and the owners should be ashamed.
First time I’m being categorical and super critical for a review to warn others:
/Pasianna apartment seems to be under construction, instead you’ll be asked to stay in an apartment 2 mins from Pasianna. Misleading indeed.
/The apartment itself and everything in it needs to be disinfected - absolutely filthy.
/No reception after 9pm so you need to ring a number posted on the window. If you have no roaming/mobile phone then you need to sleep outside/in the car and check in the next day.
/Towels - they feel more like entrance mats and you can’t tell if they’re dirty as they’re brown colour.
/NO AC so you’re going to burn yourself. Don’t turn on the chandelier fan - it doesn’t seem stable and will probably break into pieces and possibly hurt/kill you.
/No WiFi - it’s in range but will never connect
/Only 2 power sockets - one for the fridge and one outside the loo. The ones in the living room and bedroom doesn’t work.
/No TV - again no working power socket in the living room so no TV.
/Very noisy outside all night including planes landing/taking off from the airport which is 10 mins from the apartment.
/Washing machine - Cable cut in half and its next to the sink - ready for an instant electrocution.
/Bathroom - wear slippers at all times and don’t touch anything unless you dead have to. Shower hose squirts everywhere so can hardly use.
/Bed - forget it, slept on the couch.
I chose this apartment due to location and totally my fault for not reading the reviews first. There are far better apartments nearby on similar budgets. Again, you are warned.

Prison like experience
Misleading advert. We were in for a shock when we checked in. We were supposed to stay here 5 nights but checked out after first one. Dirty, unmaintained, unchanged bed linen and stained towels. Nothing good about it. The owners offered to change for one of the 2 decorated rooms but still not clean enough so we went looking for another place.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
If you’re on your own or a couple and just staying for a few hours it’s probably not too bad. We stayed as a family of 10. 4 kids 6 adults and had two rooms. Reception was friendly then you walk across the road to where the rooms were and see how disgusting the place really is. Abandoned fridges at the bottom of the stairs as other junk. We entered the room and burst out laughing. No plaster on ceiling and just generally dirty. It was late so we went to bed. Used the bathroom the next day for a shower and felt more dirty getting out. We all came down with a sickness bug a day or so after leaving this place and we believe it was due to staying here. Ideal for closeness to airport and beach which isn’t too far away in foot.

The old switch and bait
When I arrived to the location it was ok considering the amount of money I paid for it. The receptionist was really nice and allowed me early check in. Instead of staying at the property in the picture she sent me across the street to a crack den. The apartment was very spacious but old, dirty and outdated. The sheets were clean but the furniture and walls were filthy. The bathroom had mildew throughout and the toilet did not accept paper so you had to use a trash can to dispose of your waste. I could not sleep due to the neighbors and the airplanes overhead.
The shuttle charged me 20 euros for a mile ride to the airport. Pay a little more and stay at a real hotel. It’s totally worth it.
