Great stay

Used this place for a 1 night stay in between changing hotels,checked in really late 11.30pm but wasn’t a problem as keys are left at reception next door,room spotless clean,bedding towels etc,free good Wi-Fi,very good air con,even had a balcony,would recommend and stay again

Functional basic apartment in central location, but not at all welcoming and lots of very worn out fittings and fixtures

The good: AC in every room and the rooms were a good size. The apartment is very central - which is good and bad, depending on how quiet you like your hotel accommodation…
The not so good: Our apartment was functional. It had a good sized kitchen with all the facilities and a working shower, but the rooms and furniture were old and worn out. The bed sheet wasn’t completely clean with a small yellow stain - it had been washed but and was clean, but a stain is a bit off-putting.
The drawers in both bedside tables in the bedroom literally fell apart with the drawer fronts falling off. The cupboard units in the kitchen were all tattered with the veneer peeling away in chunks showing chipboard. Our apartment was internal without a balcony and the windows overlooked a pigeon infested roof area or a courtyard where you could see straight into other rooms.
It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

I stayed in this apartment with my daughter on the night of 12/19/2 The person who checked us in was lovely, the apartment was ok and clean, but there was no hot water when we arrived and we couldn't take a shower when we arrived.

Don't book!!!

I have no idea where the positive reviews come from!
I'm not demanding, but you can find better conditions at this price.
We rented a studio and a 2-bedroom apartment.
The equipment is seriously worn out, the protruding springs in the mattress make it impossible to sleep!
Air conditioning not working. Terrible fungus in the bathroom! Additionally, Germans crawling around the house. I will never forget being woken up at 5 a.m. by trucks driving in and out at the construction site right under my window.
Moreover, instead of Larnaca, I recommend Ayia Napa, where the beaches are beautiful and the water is crystal clear and not muddy!

superb

Great location in the city center, a short walk to any place, large rooms but a little old fashioned furniture, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. A wonderful attitude from all the staff who helped and tried every subject even for tickets to performances, especially special thanks to Vasily.
