Good value for the money. Couldn’t expect much more.
Room was a bit dirty but not bad enough that I could bother going back to the reception. Bed, toilet and shower was clean and that’s good enough for a short one night stay.

This place needs attention .
The mattress is horrible & old plus the bedsheets they used is so thin, that I was sleeping on top of the duvet and used my own blanket.
The curtains was Broken in the room.
One out of 2 lifts was out of order.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel .
Not well maintained.

You'd better not!

Left again 30 minutes after checking in (was booked for 3 nights). I have traveled to many hotels all over the planet, but this was the first hotel where I didn't even spend one night. It is a simple hotel with an unbeatable price! But even a simple hotel should have at least one thing: "cleanliness." Family room booked, according to the gentleman at the reception, exclusively on the lower floors. This is in our basement with a view of a shaft; above it, you could make out the parking lot of the Lidl next door. If you managed to open one of the two windows, and one of them didn't even lock properly, you looked into a shaft that was covered in trash. The room's sink was located in the mini hallway of the room. The toilet and shower were in a small cubicle. The baseboards had come loose. And everything needs a thorough cleaning. Hooks. Well, that's a tricky thing. We had called weeks in advance and were told that they had ten of their own outdoor parking spaces and that we could also park in the underground garage of the retirement home next door, which has a clearance height of 2 m. The fact that there is a charge for it is, of course, not a problem. When we arrived, the nice gentleman asked us if we were there by car; when we said yes, he just said jokingly. Well, then you will have to go look for a parking space. When I asked, I was told that no parking space was available and that this would not change. (This is just a side note and is not a reason for this review.)

We stayed 1 night, the staff absolutely deserves 5 stars. No parking (just 4 spots in front of hostel) so parked on the street which was free and nearby. There was almost nothing as for buying a cold drink. 1 elevator was broke. The hallways are really in need if cleaning and some fresh paint. The breakfast is 12,50 pp but nobody checked and not really appealing, then go to Lidl nextdoor (open from 7 in the morning) and get some fresh frood and a sandwich. No AC (but was offered a fan by the lovely girl in reception. Good thing is : night was quiet , bed was ok and public transport really closeby. For 100€ all together , for me it scores just ok.

A descent room for the money but what did they do to make the corridor (bottom floor) smell like boys lockerroom at the gym? Thank God the room was fine.
The hotel is also close to an U-bahn station and the train down town is no more than a few stop.
