The hotel is located near the train station and 10 min walking from the main plaza in Munich.
Due to the fact it’s located near the train station in construction, the environment is not to clean and too safe
The room is big and clean. You have there all you need.
The staff is friendly.
When we have arrived the room was not ready. I have asked to send me the message when it will be ready, but I got nothing. We got the room 15:00 sharp.
The breakfast is rich and tasty. The cost is 28 euro.

"Excellent stay with amazing service"

"The staff were wonderful, friendly, and provided excellent service. They were incredibly helpful, and I was truly impressed by the professional welcome from everyone. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Munich."

Wonderful stat

This hotel is located in front of the main station in Munich and the breakfast is amazing. It is very convenient to take any sort of public transportation and there are plenty of restaurants in the surroundings.

Very disappointed that there was no pool. We were hot and wanted to take a swim. For a hotel in this price range we expected better facilities.

no issues with the location or facilities

The location and facilities were good, but unfortunately the service and room condition were very disappointing.
The waiter at the bar had a very poor attitude. We tried to get his attention several times over about 30 minutes, but he ignored us each time, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
We had also paid extra to book a room with a bathtub, but the room we were given did not have one. After we asked to change rooms, the new room had no bathrobes, and the carpet was in poor condition. At that point, we felt it was not worth complaining further, so we said nothing.
The location itself was convenient, but the area did not feel very safe, and the parking situation was not good. Overall, the service and atmosphere did not match the price.
