Book a $1,326 helicopter tour at the hotel's tour desk. It was cancelled due to bad weather, but even now, four months later, the tour price has not been refunded.
The owner told me he would refund the money by transfer within three weeks, but the money was not refunded, so I reported the fraudulent charge to the card company and asked them to cancel the payment. However, the owner filed a counterclaim to the VISA investigation and the application was denied.
Don't trust Ramchandra Giri, the owner of a Japanese-speaking hotel. Just because it's on the way the Earth walks doesn't mean it's reliable.
There are travel agencies nearby that speak Japanese. There's no reason to apply for anything here.
Indians and Nepalese are the same!
It has also been reported to the Japanese embassy. I'm about to submit a report to Tourist Police.
The price is so high that we will definitely get the tour back no matter what we do!

I booked a helicopter tour at the hotel’s tour desk for USD 1,326.
The owner told me, “I will refund by bank transfer within three weeks,” but nothing was done. I reported fraudulent billing to my credit card company and requested a cancellation. However, the owner submitted a counterargument to VISA’s investigation, and my claim was rejected.
Do not trust the hotel owner, Ramchandra Giri.
I have already reported this case to the Japanese Embassy. I will now submit a report to the Tourist Police.
Because the amount is so high, I will do whatever it takes to get my money back.
Anyone reading this: Never trust this hotel!
