We had a great experience at Kathmandu Lounge! Reeta Singh was absolutely wonderful—very friendly, helpful, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us. Her warm and positive attitude really made our experience even better.

Worst ever reception staffs

Very disappointing experience with the reception staff at Radisson Hotel, Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The reception staff during the daytime, as well as the reception supervisor, were extremely rude and unprofessional in their attitude and communication.
For a 5-star hotel, I expected much better hospitality, courtesy, and customer service. The way guests are treated at the reception creates a poor impression of the hotel.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to the reception team so that future guests receive the level of service expected from a 5-star property.

One of the best lounges I’ve ever been to.

Today the location I went to was the executive lounge at the ktm airport. The service was absolutely amazing and the staff was very polite and helpful and let us take our time and the food was great . The toilets were clean. The couches and tables in the lounge was clean. The a/c was working and the ambiance was great, the lighting was perfect, and the decorations were a great choice. It wasn’t noisy at all.the amenities was great. The value was perfect . I would definitely come again.
