nice view

friendly stuff clean hotel near the centre wonderful breakfast big rooms nice views everything was ok exept check in we had to wait half an hour because of the groups and the members place was too crowdent

Not one hotel I choose again.

OK reception in the reception, neither more nor less. Bad smell met me as soon as they entered the reception. Smelled dry extinguishment. So, on the way to the room you will encounter dirty carpets in the corridors and generally bad impression already. Comes then into the room and there is garbage after the previous resident still and fingerprints everywhere on the counter that stands there m glass plate. Becomes in doubt if they have changed bedding when the impression before this is so miserable. We're going to get up early and fly on tonight, but this must be my worst experience when it comes to overnight stays in the long run.
A regular double room, but anyway....

The worst Radisson I have ever visited.

Let's start with the positives: the hotel's location is good because it is very close to the center, the breakfast is varied and of good quality; aside from these two details, the rest is full of problems: the rooms are dirty, covered in dust on all the furniture (covered in dust, not just a little, we are talking about dust that hasn't been removed for weeks); the bathroom in my room (no. 1017) is the smallest I have ever seen, we are talking about a bathroom of 4 square meters, of which 3 square meters are occupied by the bathtub and the fixtures, leaving only 1 square meter of space, I bumped my head and ankles everywhere, such a bathroom is improbable. Bathrobes cost 11 euros, often at breakfast (especially on Mondays) many tables are dirty and there is also a lack of dishes or there is disorder, more staff is needed or at most better organization of the existing staff; the man who greets at breakfast is often on his cell phone and does not greet or look up when asking for the room number, a lack of professionalism and constantly using the phone at work is a lack of manners. The pool is small and cold, given the number of guests it makes no sense, plus there are no loungers, it is pointless to have a small, cold pool without loungers. The gym is nice but is often in disarray and one main piece of equipment is broken. I have visited many Radisson hotels around the world, but this is definitely the worst maintained, action needs to be taken before it is too late, surely the location and breakfast save it, but for how much longer?

Large hotel, excellent location.

This hotel is in walking distance of the palace, Aker Brugge and National theatre. Very friendly staff, great choice at breakfast. Our superior bedroom and bathroom were small and needed updating. Could have been cleaner.

Racist

Came here as part of tour package. Front desk gave bedroom slippers for free to an American lady from the same tour group but when we ask, we are Chinese Singaporeans, we were told slippers are chargeable at 50 NOK. WTF! Irony is the front desk guy was Indian or Pakistani.
