Radisson Blu

Very nice hotel, centered in the heart of Oslo, close to all the big tourist spots. In checking was fast and efficient , the young lady at the desk was very polite and helpful. The room was large and clean with all the amenities expected. The bathroom was light and bright and clean. Wi-Fi in the room was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a large assortment of both hot and cold dishes . Definitely recommend. Parking facilities are found in the basement of the hotel, my only gripe being that is quite expensive as it is a private firm who owns it.

Not one hotel I choose again.

OK reception in the reception, neither more nor less. Bad smell met me as soon as they entered the reception. Smelled dry extinguishment. So, on the way to the room you will encounter dirty carpets in the corridors and generally bad impression already. Comes then into the room and there is garbage after the previous resident still and fingerprints everywhere on the counter that stands there m glass plate. Becomes in doubt if they have changed bedding when the impression before this is so miserable. We're going to get up early and fly on tonight, but this must be my worst experience when it comes to overnight stays in the long run.
A regular double room, but anyway....

Nice Hotel, but Extremely Frustrating Refund Experience

The hotel itself was nice, and I had no issues with the actual stay. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service afterward was extremely frustrating.
I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel well in advance to have the reservation changed. I was told that I could cancel the original reservation without charge and that I would receive a full refund within approximately 10 business days. I then rebooked the hotel for the correct dates and stayed there without any issues.
However, I never received the full refund I was promised. I only received a small partial refund, despite being told directly that the original reservation would be refunded in full. I followed up multiple times by email and phone and received little to no help resolving the issue.
It is disappointing because I genuinely had a good experience with the hotel itself, but the way the refund was handled and the lack of communication afterward significantly affected my overall impression. I would strongly recommend getting any refund or reservation changes confirmed in writing and keeping all documentation.

Long weekend in Oslo ❤️

I stayed here with my family for a long weekend in April. Our first impression was: wowww, what a stunning hotel! After the first morning we slept, we noticed that our room wasn't been cleaned by the housekeepers, neither in the afternoon. Immediately I asked to the first housekeeper I saw in the corridor and fortunately she accepted to clean our room. Services were really great, especially breakfast, swimmingpool, gym and sauna. Receptionists were so kind with us and helped us a lot of times but I'd prefer knowing of the closure of the restaurant for dinner, one of the reason we choose this structure, before arriving. We had many difficulties to find an open restaurant in the city after a certain hour but we ate in one of the closest. Apparently there was a staff strike during those days. Anyway thanks to let us enjoy this place and Oslo City in the best way.

Large, fine rooms. Good beds, nice bathroom, well-equipped.
Fast and good service.
Nice breakfast.
Very central
Recommends the hotel
