Unreliable, a disaster

We made the reservation for December 11 for three nights. We did it on December 5th.Arriving at the door of the apartment in Krakow they told you that the hotel was full and they had sent us an email. They did send him on December 10 at 21:50. AMAZING, we were totally dumped. I don't recommend trusting these people.

The owner is a scammer

Woeful. Hotel disgusting. The Owenr is a complete scammer. Accused our party of damage that was already there so forced us to sign papers or threatened to kick us out. Took a deposit on other rooms and didn't refund.
All the rooms has leaks, also live wires showing.

Absolute disgust

Absolute crap. Nothing else to add. Dirty, small, with an exaggerated smell at the modest sum of €150 per night (also due to the dishonest agency). Recommended only as an alternative to avoid sleeping under bridges.
The attached photographs only partially demonstrate the degradation of that structure. The problem is not only the room but also the entire structure. Reception non-existent. Entrance to room still decorated with Christmas lights and dirty beyond belief. From my experience I don't recommend it.

Nightmare place

Poor hotel do not stay here . Mold in shower / broken bed base/ windows didn't close properly/ wires hanging out of ceiling/ poor lighting/ no 24 reception/ rude owner when asking a question had to stay out all day because the thought of going back was horrible. Would have of been better stay at a hostel. Was meant to be a nice get away but was just a nightmare definitely had a big impact on the hole holiday. You don't expect to stay somewhere like this . I would even give it a one star

Horror stay - KEEP AWAY - Hotel owner is very aggressive and doesn’t acknowledge any wrongdoing - just blames customer!

Arrived late- no one in reception - knocked on door facing reception polish women told us to go away.
Got in touch with holiday provider - who sent us the hotel owner phone number- he made us travel to a different hotel across the neighbourhood and we had to walk 20 mins in the dark late at night!
He waited at the door and demanded 600 zlotys as a deposit as we were English!
Was very rude & angry towards us and of course if you check all the other negative reviews he doesn’t acknowledge any wrongdoing and does not know anything about accountability!
Then also followed us in the room and took photos of the room before we even put our luggage down! The rooms were still under construction I would not let my dog sleep in here!
There was electrical wires poking out the walls in every room, crack in the mirror. It felt like a jail cell than a hotel.
Key code was faulty so rang him for help he just told me to “use it properly” and said I was “stupid”.
