Rooms were loud, dogs barking and a thin door with gaps under and on the side connecting to other guest rooms. Not good! No towels in sauna d gym, and breakfast was cleared earlier than finished hours.

I was not satisfied. The walls ane too thin. I heard the noice fron other rooms and the water falling from the room upstairs.
The last day the breakfast was served in a very small room. A lot of things missing from th buffet.
The cleaness of the hotel medium.
I had three big lugages. To arrive to my room i had to pass through 5 stairs without lift.
Very anoying.

UNPLEASANT STAY!

We stayed in this hotel just for one night. Unfortunately we couldn’t stand a second night. It was too old and the two rooms that was given to us were too dark. Narrow and dark corridors, with stairs, lead you to the rooms. You had to lift your suitcases in order to arrive or leave your room. Breakfast was served in a very small and dark room and it included only the basic items. Also there was not soundproofing and we heard people in the next room and the trams passed along the road

Exceptional service and very helpful staff!

I had a great stay at NH Poznan. The room was spotless, and the cleaning service was top-notch. What impressed me most was the staff's helpfulness. When my sneakers broke, they quickly found a store that was open on a Sunday and called a taxi for me. Truly professional and caring. Highly recommend for both business and leisure!
