Great location!

Located in Belem, across street from Jeronimos Monastery and Pasteria Belem, by the park and River. Paola was very professional and helpful. The room was good size and the bath very clean. Tho a hostel, the other guests were quiet and respectful. Hot shower, walk anywhere, highly recommend!

Helpful Staff

The hostel is in a good location for many attractions in Belem. The receptionist was very helpful - we informed the hostel of our check in time. Somebody was there to greet us at the door when we checked in and we were given many helpful tips as of what to do in Lisbon and the surrounding area. There was a number we could contact whenever we needed help, we even got our boarding passes printed for us. You get given a key once you check in to come and go as you please. The wifi connection is very fast in the room which was a must for us. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Only there was no soap in the bathroom and we were next to a multiple male dormitory, the guests were noisy playing drinking games and we had to leave at 3.30am. We were able to book an Uber from the hostel to the airport. One is able to catch a tram to get into Lisbon.

friendly, helpful staff with a lovely terrace

we stayed in this hostel for NOS alive and booked it through Festicket! The receptionist was lovely, as were the other members of staff!!
A lady was cleaning everything every morning, and the place always smelt lovely.
I felt very welcomed at Terrace and enjoyed being able to cook our own food too.
The only thing I'd suggest would be to make the breakfast better, maybe offer more fruit rather than tinned, and toasting bread rather than huge chunks. I would also like there to have been more lights on the terrace at night as it was really dark!

Clean hostel in a great Belem location

Just used this hostel for a few hours during a long layover. We explored downtown Lisbon and then went to Belem. Some of our group stayed a this hostel for a nap. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Very close to Belem attractions and transportation.

Clean but noisy

I stayed one night with my girlfriend and another couple, at the Room number 1. The room is comfortable and clean. The price was good comparing to the others in the area. The breakfast was good. The service is very good and the people very nice with us.
The only problem was the noise coming from the living room and from the room above ours, from 6 a.m.!
