Excellent

Great choice of hotel
Rooms are always clean (every 2 days) in the hotel, there has never been any noise, always quiet
The owner is very kind (also speaks Italian), always available if you need anything
The girl Kanti at the reception is very good and always available for any information, she also speaks Ukrainian
We spent a wonderful 7 days

Excellent!!!

Pleasant environment for a couple or family even for company, very polite staff, very clean and very comfortable space, excellent location having everything close, generally everything was perfect, I would highly recommend it!!!!!

Not recommended

We stayed at this hotel which to call dirty is euphemistic for seven nights. Being in nine girls we booked three rooms with kitchenette and bathroom for three people each. When we arrived at the property the owner, subsequently revealed to be unavailable and rude, welcomed us by giving us the keys to the rooms. Starting from the dusty lobby, the rooms were decidedly dirty: black floors with sand, dirt and the like, dirty chairs and tables, fridge and kitchen full of grease and yellow spots, as well as scale. In addition, sheets with hair, wet and smelly towels, sometimes stained, toilets and showers in pitiful conditions. The shower could not be hung, the shower curtain was great for flooding the entire bathroom and the clothesline made our clothes rust. In one of the apartments there were nails. Also, when one night we had the brilliant idea of making a pastasciutta, we made a quick discovery: dirty pots with eggs in them. Once the gas was on, the power went out. Cutlery and glasses unapproachable, apartment definitely not provided. Without doubt the structure is cheap and this justifies the old and decadent environment, dirt is definitely not conceivable, including cat droppings in reception. Reception which, to increase security, is always empty. The doors remain constantly wide open, day and night. Apart from the dirty, inconceivable, the owner is endowed with a particularly gratuitous rudeness: one evening we forgot the keys in the apartment (the doors close without) and, despite the time was one of those in which the reception was to be open, no one was present in the structure. After much effort in getting in touch with the owner, the latter rudely replied that the keys are our responsibility and asked us for that reason we had left them at home. She came to bring them to us almost an hour later. When the third night the misdeed happened again, the answer was that we do not deserve the keys and we were not given the opportunity to return home until 9 am: 30 the next morning.
Finally, as a quick conclusion, after a pillowcase brought by us from one of the rooms had been stolen, on our departure we were accused of stealing two sheets that the maid had not provided for days (there were nine of us with two suitcases, where should we have put sheets??). We proposed to the holder to check the luggage, she did not want to do it, preferring to attack us, accuse us and not say goodbye. Definitely not recommended to anyone.

Get what you pay for

Pros
Good value for money
Very close to a good beach (sandy and shallow)
Hotel next door does a reasonable breakfast for 6 euros, plus good for a beer at end of day
Fridge freezer (being able to make ice was great)
Wifi very good
Ample street parking
Good aircon – in kitchen/dining area not bedroom which makes for a nice temp in bedroom
Cons
Bit of a trek into Rhodes town (15-20min walk to Harbour), local area a bit run down.
No wall holder for shower head (maybe this is a ‘Greek’ thing as not first time have come across this set up) – makes showering a bit of a faff!
Seldom anyone at reception (but they do respond to messages reasonably quickly)
No double beds – the two singles were fairly uncomfortable but did sort of get used to them.
Overall good value for money - if you want budget, no frills accommodation this ticks the box
