I had to asked multiple times for the check in details, which was rather stressful. Other than that, everything went smothly, the room was clean and enjoyed my stay. It is in very central location with many options around it.

Deeply Disappointing Stay, Basic Standards not met!
This stay was extremely disappointing and fell well below what was advertised.
From the first night, the apartment was not suitable for a comfortable stay. The room had only half a curtain, which meant no privacy and no effective light blocking. As a result, sleep was very difficult. I reported this immediately and shared photos.
The bathroom had another issue. The shower pole was loose and detached from the wall, making the shower uncomfortable to use. This was also reported with photos.
Communication was inconsistent throughout my stay. Messages often went unanswered for long periods, and it took repeated follow-ups to receive responses. Although a staff member briefly attended, they confirmed that the curtain was too short for the window and no proper solution was provided during my stay.
The Wi-Fi did not work, despite being advertised as available. I attempted to connect multiple times and reported this issue, but it remained unresolved.
The apartment was described as self-catering, however the facilities were severely lacking:
No teaspoons were provided
No dishwashing liquid was available, despite a sponge being left
There were no pots or pans, making cooking impossible
Only two cooking utensils were present, and one was broken, as shown in the photos
This made it difficult to even prepare basic meals or drinks.
I later requested a partial refund to reflect the unresolved issues and the overall experience, but did not receive a response.
Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for comfort, maintenance, or responsiveness. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Cats everywhere = dirt everywhere
The worst accommodation I have ever left!!! Before we even took the key to the room, our company employee mentioned the extra money as tax saying that our reservation did not appear to have been made through booking but a different page and that they will call us to inform us about the payment. When I mentioned why that is how much it costs since we paid what he said in the booking and normally should if there was an extra charge to know it before we replied I don't know something will call you to see it yourself. For 20 minutes, we've been intersecting evidence, and honestly I don't know why he needed my name besides the ID. Going into the ground floor and realizing how much dirt there is. Cats right and left to run. We get to our own floor the same. The room was no worse than dead cockroaches, living cockroaches, blood on the curtain, stains and hair on the floor, filthy kitchen, on the counter also stains. We endured one night while closed for 3 nights. And we got up and left Aron Aron when after we had returned we found cockroaches having a party and we couldn't kill the one and the next showed up. I couldn't stand two more nights feeling like cockroaches were walking around and I couldn't sleep! I'm sorry the money I gave not even for 10€ the night is not not for 46€ that we got out of us and we have also lost 93€. Unacceptable because from the photos he looked decent. If I could, I would not put any stars, but it doesn't let me put it elsewhere!

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and the fact this property is marketed as “premium” is frankly laughable.
Do not be fooled by the photos. They hide a reality of broken facilities, missing essentials, and a management team that disappears the moment you raise a problem.
From the first night, the room was not fit for purpose. The window had only half a curtain, leaving the room exposed to light and neighbouring buildings. There was no privacy and no darkness, which meant no sleep at all. This was raised immediately with photos. I was ignored.
The shower was the next failure. The shower pole was detached from the wall, unstable, and painful to use. This is a basic hygiene and safety issue, not a minor defect. Again, photos were sent. Again, silence.
Communication then completely collapsed. Messages went unanswered. Calls were ignored. I spent an entire day chasing someone just to acknowledge the issues. The only time they replied was after I threatened a chargeback, which says everything about how they treat guests once they have your money.
